Remember Judge Napolitano was suspended earlier. What was it that he said? Fox found it offensive and reprehensible. They suspended him. He came back from the suspension, he kept talking about it, and it turned out he was right. I can’t remember what it was. Well, now Judge Napolitano, the human Eddie Munster, is saying that Antonin Scalia told him that he thought the Obama administration was surveilling the Supreme Court. He blurted that out in a Fox News appearance earlier this week. How long’s it gonna be before Fox suspends Judge Napolitano again? I mean, this is clearly way off the reservation.
