RUSH: The Times says Pruitt’s EPA leadership is “fundamentally at odds with career officials, scientists, and employees who carry out the agency’s mission.” Pruitt’s changes are causing strife and gridlock. Clean air and water and the future of the planet are at risk!
RUSH: I've always said you know when there's a booming economy or not because you feel it. You don't need to be told. You can see it, you experience it, somehow or other you know it. And we never had a sense of that with Obama.
RUSH: I think it's just a simple matter of trusting Trump when he says this is what he's gonna do, plus he's a builder. And they look at Trump's properties, they see the buildings and other things that Trump has built, and they are all modern, and they're all state-of-the-art, and they all look cool. And this is what Trump's expertise is. And I think people agree with Trump when he runs around complaining about the state of infrastructure in this country.
RUSH: They've got 52 votes. But then what would happen if they got 60, then Senators Graham and McCain would defect on everything. Then they'd say, "We're really only going in with 58."
RUSH: I strongly oppose feminism because it's nothing but liberalism, and it's doing nothing to actually advance women. It's doing just the exact opposite.
RUSH: Now, why are Millennials cutting the cord? They don't have the money. They simply don't have the money to spend on cable and this and that and why don't they? Well, the college graduate liberals, the vast majority of them have 40,000 to $250,000 in student loans, which the federal government under Obama took control of from the banks in this country.
RUSH: Look, I keep repeating this, but the people in the Washington establishment and many on the Republican side, it's not just they want Trump to fail; they want Trump destroyed. I've been trying to think of ways to illustrate just how angry and discombobulated the establishment is. They're fit to be tied.
RUSH: So what it boils down to, folks, and I know you've heard this before and you're tired of hearing it. Apparently the reason why this cannot be totally repealed and then fixed is because the Republicans do not have 60 seats in the Senate. Well, now, you might get mad at that. It's an excuse that they have used ever since 2010 to one degree or another.
RUSH: We had a major role in this I am convinced right here on the EIB Network yesterday 'cause we nailed 'em.
RUSH: No longer is this just gonna be a long list of stories that I might mention on the program. Now, you will get specifically the stories that I talk about on the program and a select list of a few others that I intended to get to but ran out of time. It's going to be more of a real-time base feature rather than just a generic list of places that I go to prep the show.
