RUSH: You’ve heard about Medicare for All thing, right? That’s the commie-pinko proposal that Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and other leftists are using as the centerpiece of their “progressive” agenda.

Well, George Mason University just released a study that puts a price tag on Medicare for All.

Grab a chair or grab your ankles. Either one, because over ten years, this left-wing pipe-dream program would increase federal spending by $32.6 trillion.

Trillion. With a T.

Now, if history has taught us one thing, it’s this: All federal spending projections are wrong. The cost will always be higher. Much higher.

Something else history has taught us: When liberals get what they want, it’s never enough. They always want more. Medicare for All is their starting point. Add the costs of guaranteed-income-for-everybody next, and the costs of sanctuary-city money-pits, and the costs of climate-change-hoax taxes.

And don’t forget the cost of decimating our military again, and the cost of eliminating more of our freedoms.

The cost of buying into progressive dream-schemes is a grim future. A bankrupt America and a bankrupt American dream. Do not buy it. Do not fall for it. Do not be seduced by it.
