RUSH: Damn right. I tell you, I predicted it yesterday. I predicted three things on this program. I predicted the media would start to humanize the perpetrators, humanize them and make victims out of them. I predicted yesterday that… Cookie, I want you to go find these. I want you to go find these in the transcripts and actually roll the audio off so I can document the predictions I made yesterday. Just now… Remember this. I predicted that a possible excuse for Syed Farook “Climate Change” would be that was radicalized by his wife.
I predicted that somebody would come and blame the woman for it. And I also predicted that some people would claim that Syed Farook was forced into this because he was so outraged over something that happened at work. And then people said, “What could that be?” Well, he had to attend a Christmas party! And you watch. I said, “The media can easily take that…” I mean, the media and the Democrat Party has led the effort to get Christmas canceled, to get Christmas public eliminated. Any public display of prayer?
No prayer in public. No prayer before high school ceremonies or football games, basketball games, what have you? Moments of silence are now under attack by Nancy Pelosi. Wait ’til you hear this. “Nancy Pelosi: “No Right to Moments of Silence in the House Until Republicans Take Action on Guns.” No more is there a right to a moment of silence. So there has been an attack on prayer. Now there’s an attack on moments of silence.
You remember the attacks on prayer yesterday in the New York Daily News and throughout the media? You remember all the attacks on nativity scenes and anything to do with public displays at Christmas? So it was easy to predict yesterday that at this holiday party — Christmas party — that Islamic individual, a Muslim, could really feel marginalized and put upon. I mean, here’s a majority of coworkers, and they’re celebrating something he doesn’t believe in: Christianity!
They have a Christmas tree and all. That’d be enough to send him over the edge, and the media would say, “It’s understandable how public displays of Christmas could be seen as offensive and make him feel unsafe and threatened and then force him to go home and grab one of those 12 pipe bombs and AK-47s and come back with the wife what radicalized him and start shooting up the places.”
But I predicted that we would be told that Syed Farook was forced into jihad by the anti-Muslim comments from conservatives and from the public display of Christianity and Christmas. And now we find out that the coworker with whom was arguing was a messianic Jew, and we are told this person did try to persuade poor old Syed that Islam was a mistake. I’m telling you, they’re going to every length they can, folks, to not call this what you and I know that it is: Terrorism.
BREAK TRANSCRIPT
RUSH: I asked Cookie to go find those three predictions I made yesterday that have come true today.
And, lo and behold… Oh, and I also have for you, Snerdley, the Republican consultant on TV today calling me “right-wing media.” Wait ’til you hear this. (interruption) No, I’m not gonna tell you who it is. It doesn’t matter who it is. The person was speaking for all of them, I’m sure, but before that: Yesterday, this was me, predicting that something at the Christmas party would be said to have caused Syed Farook “Climate Change” to go berserk, get radicalized, and commit acts of terrorism.
RUSH ARCHIVE: [T]hat’s what the left is gonna try to do. We don’t know what it was that happened at the Christmas party that offended the guy. That, to me, seems like the biggest wild guess of this whole thing. … Let’s say that they eventually conclude here that, yeah, he was radicalized and, yeah, he was a jihadist, but at the same time he may not have done anything if something hadn’t happened at work to really tick him off. What was that? Well, obviously. He’s a Muslim and he was forced to go to a Christmas party.
RUSH: That was yesterday on this program. Have you heard anything like that in the news today? I said this… Here’s the next one. I predicted that someone would say it was the wife’s fault.
RUSH ARCHIVE: “Yeah, this guy, he was a nice, normal, red-blooded American whatever, and then he got radicalized. He ended up talking to some of these international terror people and they inspired him to go on this spree.” This is what they are setting up.
RUSH: Now, I didn’t mention the wife, I guess, specifically in the prediction. I thought I did. But regardless, they’re now saying that he was a nice guy; he wasn’t a terrorist. He happened to get “radicalized.” By the way, that’s key. Understand that the use of the world “radicalized” is an exoneration, folks. It’s not an accusation. The way our government and the media looks at Islam and terrorism, to say he was “radicalized” excuses what he did. It does not prove that he was engaged in Islamic terrorism.
So I’m sure when you saw CNN report today report that they found a link to ISIS, you said, “All right! All right! We’re gonna…” No, no. No. That’s an exoneration. That he was radicalized by ISIS means he was essentially innocent, because he was a Muslim before that. “He wasn’t radicalized by the religion of Islam. He was a practicing Muslim. He was going to the Hajj. He took all these things. It wasn’t until he encountered ISIS that he became radicalized, and ISIS is not part of Islam.” See how this works? And I made the observation yesterday that the Drive-Bys in the media would do everything they could to humanize our perps.
RUSH ARCHIVE: There’s a big story here about how he had all of this wonderful stuff, his beautiful wife, new baby, great job, wonderful friends, and they’re asking — wringing their hands — “What could have gone wrong? What happened?” CNN is now running a little chyron graphic the bottom of their screen: “Suspect Male Shooter Apparently Radicalized.” So they’re getting closer at CNN to admitting what went on here. But, see, even here, he started out as a great guy. “He was a great guy, yeah! He was a great guy. He came here 20 years old, ended up being radicalized, and so he’s not really at fault. We gotta go find the people that radicalized him.”
RUSH: And earlier today they did. It was ISIS, ’cause he was a peaceful Muslim before then. So, see, it can’t be Islam that forced him to do this. Therefore there’s no Islamic terrorism involved here, because there isn’t any Islamic terrorism.
Let’s see what else.
