RUSH: Thanksgiving week it is. We used to have an exclusive on this program and that was every year the day before Thanksgiving I would read to you from my book the real story of Thanksgiving. Now it’s everywhere and everybody does the real story of Thanksgiving. I was listening to somebody on the radio this morning almost reading it verbatim. (interruption) Well, I know I still have to do it, but it’s out there. Even the New York Times did a story on the real story of Thanksgiving, but their point was, hey, socialism wasn’t that bad for the Pilgrims.

It worked out pretty well at first. It’s all they coulda done, in fact. And they even reference my telling the real story. Well, I’ve got it in the stack. It’s just one little paragraph that they reference me telling the real story of Thanksgiving. It’s kind of a throwaway mention as far as the New York Times is concerned. But it just goes to show you how it’s only taken 22 years but it’s out there now. Everybody is doing it as though nobody else knows the story, which is fine.

You know, I’m like Ronaldus Magnus. I don’t care who gets the credit, as long as the job gets done. I am totally secure in my person, in my ego, in myself, and in my clothes, and it really doesn’t matter.
