And notice how everybody's fallen in and plays along. It's like establishing the premise. The premise: Trump cheated; Trump stole the election and worked with the Russians. Okay. We accept the premise, and now everybody behaves accordingly. This investigation's been a lie.

RUSH: I just hit on the answer. The caller said, "What's the endgame, how do we stop this?" He was asking, how do we stop the Mueller investigation? You're not gonna stop it. But the Mueller investigation requires — I say "requires" — it is predicated on the Democrats winning control of the House and then running the articles of impeachment. That's what this really is. If you want to stop Mueller, don't let the Democrats win the House.
What If Mueller’s Baiting Trump to Fire Him?
RUSH: It'd be a mistake to fire Mueller, not because he can't do it. It would only intensify the swamp's demands for impeachment. As frustrating as it's gonna be for us, I think Trump needs to play this out and just keep doing what he's doing and focus on the agenda and get as much of this agenda done.
