RUSH: You know, it’s been a long time since we’ve heard from former Senate Majority Leader “Dingy Harry“ Reid. This mean-spirited, ultra-partisan Nevada Democrat was interviewed this week — and for once, he did not attack Republicans. He slammed his fellow Democrats.

Dingy Harry criticized the leftists in his party who are demanding that America decriminalize illegal border crossings. Dingy Harry said Americans want immigration reform, they want a fair immigration system, but they don’t want to open up the border to everybody who wants to come in.

He also said there are far more important things that Democrats should be promoting. Open borders “should be way, way down at the bottom” of the list.

Dingy Harry dissed the candidates who support Medicare for All, as well. He said, “How are you going to get it passed?” Instead of such a radical change, he said, Democrats would be much better off trying to “improve” Obamacare.

Now, he warned Democrats that if they pick a presidential nominee who wants to open borders or sponsor single-payer health care, they’re going to run into serious problems. Bad problems. Ugly problems. Far worse problems than having your exercise machine slap you around like once happened to Dingy Harry.
