RUSH: In a random act of journalism, the Washington Post dug into Elizabeth Warren’s record as a corporate lawyer.

During her 2012 Senate campaign, Fauxcahontas released information about 13 corporate bankruptcy cases that she worked on. But she failed to mention her work with Dow Corning in the 1990s. Back then, Dow Corning faced thousands of lawsuits from women who claimed that their silicone gel breast implants caused health problems.

Warren helped Dow Corning structure a $2.3 billion fund for the women injured by those implants. Today, Senator Warren’ campaign proudly claims that she helped ensure that those women got adequate compensation.

The Washington Post review of her role tells another story though. Elizabeth Warren reportedly used “every trick in the book” to limit the size of the payouts to these injured women. And she was compensated handsomely for protecting the evil corporation.

So, while Lizzie denounces big corporations as evil today, it wasn’t always so. Once upon a time, Elizabeth Fauxcahontas Warren was a corporation’s best friend. You could say protecting the Big Implant industry was in her DNA.

So in her case, as in many others, follow the wampum!
