RUSH:  So I just got a quick email from somebody who says, “You know, Joe Biden’s in Iowa and he’s rambling through another speech about having been in people’s ‘hoods and stuff, and it sounds really racist.” I said, “You know, I don’t have time for it today.  I don’t have time.”  So Biden’s running around not knowing what he’s saying someplace. 

What’s unusual about that?  What’s unusual about Joe Biden sounding like a racist or a sexist or acting like one now and then?  “Well, you know, that’s old Joe.  Nothing really to see here. That’s just old Joe.”
