RUSH: Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is next. This is Scott. Welcome, sir. Great to have you with us.

CALLER: Hi, Rush.

RUSH: Hey, Scott. How you doing, buddy?

CALLER: We’re good out here. Hey, Rush, I want to encourage everybody. Every day we hear about the civil war of values. If you live in a major city, you know it’s true. And I want to encourage everyone in power, all the conservative nation out there, that we’re not the United People of America. We’re the United States of America. I would go so far as to say it is our duty to move.

RUSH: (laughing)

CALLER: We’ve gotta do it.

RUSH: We’re not the United People. We’re the United States, and it’s your duty to move out of cities run by liberals. Is that what you mean?

CALLER: Yes, sir.

RUSH: When people ask what can they do, move out of cities run by liberals?

CALLER: You’ve gotta do it, Rush. They’ve gotta do it, and I’ll tell you, it’s freeing. You know you’ve done something. You see in the media they hate to report it, but the exodus from the major cities — like we moved out of Chicago. You can probably tell by my voice here. We moved out of Chicago to Sioux Falls, and my buddies, they couldn’t believe it. But I can tell you I’m free here, Rush.

RUSH: But wait a minute, Scott. Sometimes moving out of a city won’t do it. You gotta leave a state, like if you’re in California.

CALLER: You’ve gotta leave the state, Rush. We’re the United States of America. We’ve gotta support those states that are gonna support —

RUSH: I kind of like that. I kind of like that. We’re not the United People of America. Boy, is that ever true too. He-he-he-he. We’re not the United People, but we’re the United States. There might even be some debate about that.
