RUSH: Floyd, Iowa. This is Jennifer. You’re next, and thank you for waiting. Hi.
CALLER: Hey, Rush. So glad you’re back. We really missed you.
RUSH: Thank you. Thank you so much.
CALLER: I just had a couple of questions for you. This last December we ordered my mom a raspberry colored T-shirt from your store, and she liked it, and I really, really liked it, so a couple of weeks ago I went to your online store and I couldn’t find it anymore, and I was just wondering if you’re gonna get some more of those.
RUSH: We hope so. In fact, because I knew your call was coming I just got in touch with the lead designer, and the lead designer says it is likely that the pink or raspberry “T” is coming back as well. We’re constantly trying to update the designs and have a rotating stock so that you see different things every time you visit the store.
The theory is that if every time you visit the store the stock is the same, you’re gonna stop coming back. So we try to always feature new things. And then we gauge the popularity of items that have sold and bring those back. So the odds are that it will be back at some point. I can’t tell you when, but the odds are that it will be back. I’m flattered by your interest, and I appreciate your calling about it.
CALLER: They’re just awesome T-shirts. The fabric is just… I love it.
RUSH: I know. When I was first shown the fabric for the T-shirt, I said, “This is not a T-shirt. This is better quality.” And it is striking. So I’m really glad you noticed it and I will try, as having some influence over these things, to goose this and get that item back in the store, okay?
CALLER: That would be awesome.
RUSH: Thanks, Jennifer. Thanks very much. I really appreciate it.
