RUSH: On Saturday the Washington Post listed their top 15 Democrat presidential hopefuls.

At the bottom of the pile, #15, is Montana Governor Steve Bullock. I wonder if anybody outside his state even knows who he is. Next in the heap: The Oprah. A shock that she’s down at #14, since we were told a few weeks ago The Oprah was the anointed savior of the party. And the country. And the world.

New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu pulls in at #13. Number 12 is Obama’s wingman, former AG Eric Holder. Above him at #11: New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, whose brother Fredo works for CNN. Tenth place: Sherrod Brown, Ohio Senator.

Ninth is former Massachusetts Governor Duvall Patrick, followed by another former governor, Clinton hack Terry McAuliffe, in 8th place. The next three are Northeast liberals: Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy at #7, New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand at #6, and New Jersey Senator and dramatic actor, Cory Booker at #5.

Number 4 is California Senator Kamala Harris. Number 3: Joe Biden. The second-place finisher: Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Fauxcahontas Warren.

So who’s #1? The most likely Democrat party nominee in 2020? It’s Bernie Sanders. And he might even stand a chance this time since Hillary Clinton did not even make the top 15.
