Since 12 noon every cable network has been nonstop on this train wreck. “The GOP train wiping out the pickup truck, the dump truck.” I mean, maybe a five- or 10-minute period where they cover other news. But talking about the state of the union last night has not happened. I know a lot of that went on this morning, but when this train wreck happened, that was it.

Now the story is that buses are being arranged in Charlottesville where the Republicans who were on the train are now gonna transfer to the buses in order to go to their rich and highfalutin retreat while the injured remain injured. I know that’s how CNN’s treating this.
