RUSH: I couldn’t believe when I saw this, the state of California has turned down, they voted down a piece of legislation that would have authorized an additional $3 billion in subsidies to manufacturers of electric cars. This includes Tesla. Of all places, California denying subsidy money to Tesla. Tesla is in California. It’s one of the hippest ongoing concerns there is. They wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for subsidizes.
