CALLER: I’m good, Rush. Thank you for taking my call.

RUSH: You bet.

CALLER: I’m calling to tell you how outraged I am at these law enforcement people who are ignoring laws on immigration and not taking these people out of the country when they could help out INS and Border Patrol and the people that are there in place that can help them. When you join law enforcement, you take an oath to abide by the laws of the state and the federal government. And this woman that’s out West that’s the sheriff, the high sheriff is ignoring this and not to mention the twit that’s up there in Massachusetts that calls the people and tells them to hide out because ICE is coming to look for them.

RUSH: You mean, when you talk about the woman, the high sheriff out West, you mean the chief judge in California, the California Supreme Court?

CALLER: No. There is a sheriff that has been talking on Fox News about who is the sheriff, the high sheriff, and she ignores all the immigration laws —

RUSH: Oh, that. Okay. Well, I was gonna say, that of course is happening, a lot of that happened during the Obama administration, there’s still some holdovers. All of that you say is very true, but it’s even worse than that now, because the chief justice of the state of California is actually gonna sue the federal government for enforcing federal law on sanctuary cities. They’re actually preparing to sue the federal government for violating the law for enforcing the law on sanctuary cities. Folks, this battle is encapsulated right in front of our faces, what the leftists of this country want, and they’re clearly willing to break the law and then sue the law itself in order to be able to continue to break it.
