Where’s the Post-Racial America?

by Rush Limbaugh - Aug 11,2014

RUSH: The situation Ferguson, Missouri. I don’t know. Here we go again. The Trayvon Martin family attorney has been hired by the family in Ferguson, Missouri, where… what happened there, Snerdley? What is the news? (interruption) Right, that’s right. A young man was killed by the cops, and now it’s turned into a full-fledged, full-scale riot. (interruption) Right. Of course. The riots. So history repeats, chaos continues, keep everybody all worked up into a frenzy, it continues.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: This race — whatever you want to call it in Ferguson, Missouri — wasn’t Obama supposed to mean that this kind of stuff was a thing of the past? Wasn’t the election of Obama supposed to mean there wasn’t gonna be any more of this? And after, if he had a son, Trayvon Martin, after that, didn’t we deal with that in such a way it wasn’t going to happen anymore? I mean, didn’t the election of Obama mean that none of this stuff was supposed to be?
