RUSH: Bill Clinton, by the way, gets up every day and says he thanks God he pays New York taxes. It’s another instance of Clinton (impression), “Hey, you know, Hillary and I have more money than we know what to do with. So I am really am proud, I’m honored to pay taxes here in New York. I don’t care. The fact that I have enough money to pay taxes in New York and some people don’t makes me feel real good about myself.”
