RUSH: Biden’s out there, he’s really ticked off that people are calling him middle class. I don’t know what has happened here. But he’s livid that he’s being portrayed as a blue-collar guy. This is yesterday, he’s in Waterloo, Iowa, at a campaign event, and just a few brief moments from his speech.
BIDEN: One of the things I resent about these guys is they talk about us middle class guys, and I don’t live a middle class life anymore. I live in a beautiful home. I have a great — they fly me around, you know, I — no, I’m not — you know what I mean? But that’s — that’s where I come from.
RUSH: (Biden impression) “I don’t live a middle class life anymore. I come from the middle class, but I don’t like these guys talking about us middle class guys. I’m not a middle class guy. I don’t live a middle class life. They fly me around, I’m not, you know what I mean.” He was gonna say, I’m not like you. Let’s go back, June 15th in Orlando, the US Conference of Mayors.
BIDEN: My dad never worked in a Food Fair. My dad never wore a blue collar, though Barack makes me sound like I just climbed out of a mine in Scranton, Pennsylvania, carrying a lunch bucket. No one in my family worked in a factory.
RUSH: (Biden impression) “I’m not blue-collar; I’m not middle class. I’m a rich guy; I’ve got a big house.” Can you imagine if a Republican ran around talking this way? And then yesterday, back to Waterloo, Iowa, here’s Biden again, now he’s going after Romney for having a Swiss bank account.
BIDEN: Here’s the bottom line, folks. Bain and their companies, they made a great deal of money facilitating this outsourcing and offshoring American jobs.
RUSH: Ah, jeez, not that.
BIDEN: Yeah, they made a lot of money. But in the process they devastated, they devastated a whole lot of American communities.
RUSH: They did not.
BIDEN: You gotta give Mitt Romney credit. He’s a job creator — in Singapore. A prospect of a president with a Swiss bank account and retirement investments in the Cayman Islands? All kidding aside, did you ever think you’d be choosing between two people running for president, one of whom had a Swiss bank account?
RUSH: Wait a minute, you sound like you want one. I’m not middle class. I’m not blue collar. My family never worked a in a factory. I have a big house now. He’s jealous. I don’t even know that Romney does have a Swiss bank account. But Romney, all this outsourcing and offshoring, they came up with the term offshoring because Obama doesn’t know what outsourcing is. He has been misusing the term. He doesn’t know what outsourcing jobs is. And so he’s been talking about it, misrepresenting it, so they had to create this new term offshoring to cover up for Obama.

RUSH: Joe Biden is not finished. Get this. “Middle Class” Joe Biden just said that the state of the economy is a depression for millions and millions of Americans. This is Obama’s vice president, Joe “Middle Class” Biden is out there telling people that this is a depression.
Do you think Obama likes hearing that? Do you think the Democrats like that the vice president is running around — and here’s what he did. And he’s plagiarizing Reagan. You’ll recognize this. I’m not sure where he was. Here’s what he said. He’s in Dubuque, Iowa. He said, “The unemployed are in real trouble. My grandpa used to say, from Scranton, heÂ’d say, ‘Joe, when the guy in Dunmore — the next town over — when the guy in Dunmore is out of work, itÂ’s an economic slowdown. When your brother-in-law is out of work, itÂ’s a recession. When youÂ’re out of work, itÂ’s a depression.’ ItÂ’s a depression for millions and millions of Americans.”
Now, he left out Reagan’s punch line. The Reagan joke goes, the recession is when your neighbor loses a job, depression is when you lose yours, and recovery is when Jimmy Carter loses his. That’s what Reagan’s joke was. Of course, Biden, “Middle Class” Joe, left out the punch line, recovery is when Obama loses his job. But the vice president is running around telling that for millions of his Americans, it’s a depression. Not a recession. What happened to the Summer of Recovery?
You know, if we keep Biden talking long enough he is gonna tell us who called Obama from the Supreme Court and tipped him off on the decision tomorrow. You people in Dubuque, keep him talking, keep asking questions. Wherever Biden goes, from Dubuque, follow him, keep asking questions. In fact, if any of you out there listening to me know where Biden is, somebody ask him, “Does Obama know what the Supreme Court ruling tomorrow is?” As much as he’s talking, he might admit it.

RUSH: Here’s Biden this afternoon at a campaign event in Dubuque, Iowa.
BIDEN: The unemployed are really in trouble. My grandpop used to say, from Scranton, he said, “Joey, when the guy in Dunmore — the next town over — when the guy in Dunmore is out of work, it’s an economic slowdown. When your brother-in-law is out of work, it’s a recession. When you’re out of work, it’s a depression.” It’s a depression for millions and millions of Americans.
RUSH: Yeah, yeah! And you guys are in charge. I’m convinced that Joey, “Middle Class” Joe, has heard and believes that Obama wants to replace him, and that’s what this is all about. This is not an isolated incident. Biden’s out there flapping his gums on a whole bunch of stuff, and it’s a warning, I think. “You get rid of me, and there’s more of this to come. You let me know you’re not getting rid of me, and this stuff stops. It’s only June, but if you get rid of me, I got more of this in my arsenal.” That could be what “Middle Class” Joe is saying to Obama and the Democrats. This guy, Biden, is almost as much of a wrecker as Bill Clinton. Clinton wrecked homes, this guy is wrecking Obama.
