RUSH: Yes, hi.
CALLER: How are ya? I have been listening to you almost exactly ten years, started right before the Bush-Gore election, and you have been auto agreeing with me about 99% of the time — and you, like I said, are 99% right — and just wanted your thoughts on if Democrats retain the House and the Senate, what we are gonna look like ten years from now?
RUSH: You don’t have to wait ten years to find out what we’re going to be like. You want me to quickly run down what the country would look like if the Democrats maintain this kind of control?
CALLER: Yes.
RUSH: Okay, very simple. And we can do this, we can do this because Imam Obama said that his agenda is on the ballot. So all we have to do is look at his agenda. Well, what did his agenda do? Obama’s agenda has dramatically driven up unemployment. Unemployment will continue to be high and go higher if the Democrats stay in power. Obama has driven up the deficit so we would have to expect the deficit will remain high. We also know that taxes will go up on the premise that we will lower the deficit by raising taxes. So Americans will become poorer. Fewer Americans will be working. Those who aren’t working will be taken care of with transfer payments, redistribution of wealth, as Obama continues his assault on achievement. The remaining achievers in this country will become targeted even more.
With higher taxes, punitive regulations, disincentives to start businesses and what have you. A vote for a Democrat is a vote for the results of Obama’s agenda. Under Obama and without any complaint from Democrats, we have deliberate attempts to spark class warfare and racial divide. We have more racial division in this country than we’ve had since 1964, sponsored by and brought to us by Obama. We have an attorney general who looks the other way at black-on-white election fraud. By design. We have a civil rights division of the Justice Department that says its only reason for existence is to make sure that blacks are not cheated in elections. It’s okay if whites are, because that’s just leveling the playing field from years ago.
Class warfare will continue, racial division will continue and get even worse. By design. We have czars. We have people appointed by the president to serve in positions that do work that we don’t know. They are paid salaries we don’t know. They are accountable to no one. They report only to Obama; they do not have to get confirmed before the Senate. We have an all-out effort to empower parasitic unions to continue to fund outrageous, unpayable gold-plate pensions. States’ bankruptcy will proceed on schedule, the unions and their pension plans and their health payments and their retirement funds will be paid no matter what consequence occurs to you, me or our country. All of this destruction, all of this transfer of wealth, all of this redistribution, all of this overseeing of America in decline will be paid for by the American taxpayer.
Vote Democrat if you want this to continue. Vote Democrat if you want more of all of this. In line with Obama’s agenda, look at what’s happened to the health care industry and what will happen even further. Doctors have been called ‘high-priced human butchers.’ Doctors have been accused of taking out tonsils unnecessarily for 30 or 40 grand. Doctors have been accused of amputating feet unnecessarily for 50 or 60 grand. Black-on-white voter intimidation has been applauded by his just department. Vote Democrat if you want more of the same. Under Obama, trade relations with the ChiComs are spiraling downward. Vote Democrat if you want more of that. Under Obama, totalitarian regimes in this hemisphere are springing up left and right and growing more powerful. Hugo Chavez just to name one, vote tell me if you want more of that.
Iran is nuking up. There’s no stopping them. If you want more of that, while America disarms its nuclear stockpile, vote Democrat. Under Obama, oil production and all related jobs in the Gulf of Mexico have been demonized, minimized, workers demoralized for no reason other than to continue a war on prosperity and advance a so-called green energy agenda. If you want more of that, vote Democrat. I have a story in the stack here about some brand-spanking new electric car that the story admits the American people don’t want, won’t buy, but they’re going to be forced to. Vote Democrat if you want more of the same. Under Obama, a criminal trial with full constitutional rights has been pushed for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed — the Grand Wizard mastermind of 9/11 — at a courthouse near Ground Zero.
Years and years of an opportunity for this terrorist to unload his anti-American agenda daily through his lawyer, paid for by the taxpayers of the United States. Under this regime, support for a mosque at Ground Zero has been given approval. Vote Democrat if you want more of the same. Under Obama, the State of Arizona has been sued by the United States and smeared by the United States and the president for taking action to protect its borders, to protect its citizens, and to protect the rule of law. If you want more of this, vote Democrat. Because this is what’s going to happen if Democrats remain in charge with power that is unchecked. Obama’s agenda’s on the ballot. Vote on it! Send Democrats the message their leader has been a total failure. Otherwise, the country will end up a total failure. If you want to see America ten years into the future, just look at Venezuela. Just look at Cuba..
Except Venezuela and Cuba only redistribute their wealth to their own citizens. We will distribute ours to people all over the world. If you want to see America in ten years, take a look at France where there are riots over raising the retirement age two years, 60 to 62. Take a look at Greece. Take a look at Spain. If you want to see America in ten years, take a look at any country on this planet with a declining economic output, a rising poverty rate. Take a look at a variation of the old Soviet Union, if you want to see where America’s headed. While at the same time, all these places I’ve mentioned (except Venezuela and Cuba) are trying to turn around and go the other way to become what we were. You want all this to continue, if you want this destruction, if you want this redefinition of America, if you want this so-called reformation, if you want this country apologized for by its leader all over the world, keep voting Democrat ’cause that’s gonna all keep happening in droves.

I can’t believe what I am just now being handed and reading. ‘Washington Post: A majority of Americans now say they are worried about making their mortgage or rent payments, underscoring the extent of economic anxiety in the country heading into midterm elections. A new Washington Post poll shows that concerns about housing payments have spiked since 2008 despite some improvements in the overall economy.’ What improvements? Despite all the mortgage assistance, payments assistance from Obama — (crying) — people are still worried about it. ‘In all, 53 percent said they are ‘very concerned’ or ‘somewhat concerned’ about having the money to make their monthly payment,’ and the Washington Post is stunned! The Washington Post is shocked that most people are not concerned about the outcome of the elections on Obama. State-Controlled Media thinks everybody’s really focused on what it all means for Obama. But most people are worried about themselves because they know what Obama’s doing to them.
