RUSH: Chaos has erupted even further on the Democrat side in the presidential campaign. ‘Barack Obama made a call for nonviolence in the aftermath of the Sean Bell verdict — infuriating the Rev. Al Sharpton, who accused the presidential candidate of trying to ‘grandstand in front of white people.”

This is in the New York Post today. ‘During what a source described as a ‘heated’ phone call yesterday, Sharpton told Obama he was disappointed with the Illinois senator’s words on Friday, when Obama said ‘resorting to violence to express displeasure’ was ‘completely unacceptable and counterproductive.’ ‘[Obama] issues this statement and not a single rock had been thrown,’ said a source. ‘How does the candidate of change ask people to accept a verdict that is unjust?” You know, Sharpton was promising to shut the city down in New York, starting Friday afternoon, and there were people that massed outside his National Action Network office in Harlem. There really hasn’t been any violence to speak of that has broken out, but Sharpton is just offended as he can be that Obama would tell him how to run his affairs, especially when there hasn’t been one rock thrown yet — operative word ‘yet.’ So, we thought we’d go back.

(playing of ‘Barack the ‘Magic Negro”)

After all these years of sacrifice, the Reverend Al Sharpton sings ‘Barack the ‘Magic Negro.” I keep on getting gifts from the Democrat Party in their presidential campaign. I thought that we had run the cycle with ‘Barack the ‘Magic Negro” and the Reverend Sharpton, but, lo and behold, Obama opened his mouth, got in Sharpton’s business. Now, you know, Sharpton makes money off all this stuff, and here’s Barack saying, ‘I think we need nonviolence, it’s not a way to solve things.’ (doing Sharpton impression) ‘Shut up, man. Shut up! You in Chicago; I’m in New York. I’m in the big city, you in the second city; shut up.’
