CALLER: While President Bush was under the knife.
RUSH: (Laughing.) ‘Easier to get forgiveness than permission.’ (Laughing.)
CALLER: I mean, there would have been plausible deniability on President Bush’s standpoint —
RUSH: (Laughing.)
CALLER: — and he knew that the operation, the procedure was coming, so he could have planned, pre-positioned the generals.
RUSH: Well, why not? Why are you disappointed about that? Why didn’t you prefer that he take action against Iran?
CALLER: Well, I mean —

CALLER: — that could have been phase two.
RUSH: Well?
CALLER: He could have done the first part in the first hour, made sure that that theater was blown away.
RUSH: Well, look, funny thought, no chance of ever happening.
