RUSH: What is this? Texas teacher assaulted boys with help of her husband. This is from Maryland. This is not Texas. Greetings. Welcome back, folks. Nice to have you. Broadcast excellence rolls right on here. Rush Limbaugh at 800-282-2882, and the e-mail address, Rush@eibnet.com. “A kindergarten student was accused earlier this month of sexually harassing a classmate at Lincolnshire Elementary School, an accusation that will remain on his record until he moves to middle school.” Now, where did this other thing happen? Where was it that a four-year-old hugged a teacher’s aide? I forget what state that was. I think it was Texas. At any rate, a four-year-old hugging a teacher’s aide — freshly out of college, of course, a newly minted feminazi — accuses a four-year-old of sexually harassing her! Now, the kid’s parents are not backing down on this.
I don’t know what the current status of the story is, but look at all these predator teachers that we have had in the last number of years that we’ve heard about. Now a four-year-old boy accused of being a predator, and here in Maryland: “A kindergarten student was accused earlier this month of sexually harassing a classmate at Lincolnshire Elementary School, an accusation that will remain on his record until he moves to middle school. Washington County Public Schools spokeswoman Carol Mowen said the definition of sexual harassment used by the school system is, ‘unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual favors and/or other inappropriate verbal, written or physical conduct of a sexual nature directed toward others.’ Mowen said that definition comes from the Maryland State Department of Education.” We are talking about a five-year-old!
“According to a school document provided by the boy’s father, the 5-year-old pinched a girl’s buttocks on Dec. 8 in a hallway at the school south of Hagerstown. Charles Vallance, the boy’s father, said he was unable to explain to his son what he had done. ‘He knows nothing about sex,’ Vallance said. ‘There’s no way to explain what he’s been written up for. He knows it as playing around. He doesn’t know it as anything sexual at all.’ The incident was described as ‘sexual harassment’ on the school form.” Now, the principal of this school, Darlene Teach (an interesting name for a principal of the school) and Carol “Mowen said they were unable to discuss he incident involving the Lincolnshire student.” Oh, here we go: “School administrators at a Texas school in November suspended a 4-year-old student for inappropriately touching a teacher’s aide after the prekindergarten student hugged the woman.”
Now, “During the 2005-06 school year, 28 kindergarten students in Maryland were suspended for sex offenses…” Whoa! Let me read that again: “During the 2005-06 school year, 28 kindergarten students in Maryland were suspended for sex offenses, including sexual assault, sexual harassment and sexual activity, according to state data. Fifteen of those suspensions were for sexual harassment. During the 2005-06 school year, one Washington County prekindergarten student was suspended from school, and 12 of the county’s kindergartners were suspended for various offenses…” So you have another little boy here being told that he was a pervert and a predator, and all he was just being was a little boy. You know, if I tell this story, it’s going to show up; it will be in the Nexis database. It will be in the news. (interruption) I didn’t harass anybody. This is the point.
This is first grade. (interruption) No, I didn’t snuggle with anybody! (interruption) No, it wasn’t a teacher. No, no, no, no, no, no, no! (sigh) I was in the first grade, what am I, six? What are you in the first grade, six or seven? (interruption) No, I wasn’t five years old. I was one of the oldest kids in my class because my birthday is in January. In some cases I was like 11 months older than the kids in my class. That’s why I hung around mostly with the class ahead of me. I remember the girl sitting in front of me had pigtails and I pulled on one of them once, and she raised her hand and so forth, but nobody accused me of sexual harassment. It wasn’t even on the radar! That was just… I will pay for admitting this. (interruption) I don’t care about the statute of limitations. There’s no statute of limitations on the Drive-By Media! (laughing) (interruption) No, nobody filed suit. The little girl didn’t tell her parents. The teacher just said, “Now, you stop that. I’m trying to conduct class here. You do that one more time, you gotta go to the corner.” It was dealt that way. This is absurd, trying to make these little kids think they’re perverts and predators. (interruption) Yeah, and that’s exactly how these feminists — when you talk about the feminization of the culture on this program, it’s this kind of thing that I am referring to.
