RUSH: Thank you very much. I appreciate it.<\/p>\n

CALLER: You are my favorite — or rather, our family\u2019s favorite patriot.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, thank you. I really appreciate that. Thank you very much.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I wanted to tell you that I rushed out to get your new book and buy many copies.<\/p>\n

RUSH: God bless you.<\/p>\n

CALLER: We consider ourselves Rush Revere ambassadors. We pass them out to all of our friends.<\/p>\n

RUSH: That\u2019s great. How many did you buy, do you know? Do you remember?<\/p>\n

CALLER: The first book I bought 10, and this time I bought four from Barnes & Noble, but I\u2019m going back and buying more from Amazon and the audio book.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Let me ask you a question. When you buy, say, 10 copies, do they look at you strange at the checkout?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, I was very mad yesterday. I had to ask. I fully expected it would be in the front on display, and I had to ask. They were on a top shelf in the back in the children\u2019s section, and I was not a happy camper.<\/p>\n

RUSH: And what did they say?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I didn\u2019t say anything. I was in a hurry, but I told my kids and they were not happy, so —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh, no, you don\u2019t want that.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh, no, you do not want the kids unhappy.<\/p>\n

CALLER: No, and I think it would be best if they went to the manager and told them they were unhappy.<\/p>\n

RUSH: But you found it nevertheless.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I did, because I was on a mission. When you\u2019re an ambassador for Rush Revere, you\u2019re on a mission.<\/p>\n

RUSH: This is so humbling. We love getting reports like this. We look at you, you\u2019re part of the troops in the field.<\/p>\n

CALLER: We are.<\/p>\n

<\/a>RUSH: And here you\u2019re calling here giving reports, you know, and we\u2019ve got all kinds of people like you that report this kind of stuff. We\u2019ve got the Adventures of Rush Revere portal at the TwoIfByTea.com website. Some people are taking pictures of their experiences and sending them. We\u2019ve got places now for people to post pictures that are related to reading the book or buying it or what have you at the Rush Revere section of TwoIfByTea.com<\/a>. But to hear from you personally like this, this is just over the top great. So14 copies of both books you\u2019ve bought, if I\u2019m adding it up here.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes. But we\u2019re buying more, so we\u2019re not done. We\u2019re not done. We\u2019re going to buy many more, and my son, I got the book, and I\u2019m not gonna get anything done today because I have to read it to him. He\u2019s begging me. If I can say he\u2019s throwing a temper tantrum in a good way, he ends one chapter, and he\u2019s like, “Read it, read it, read it!”<\/p>\n

RUSH: Okay, how old is your son here?<\/p>\n

CALLER: He\u2019s 11.<\/p>\n

RUSH: And he wants you to read it to him?<\/p>\n

<\/a>CALLER: Yes. My two capitalist kids have been marketing for you. They wanted me to tell you they want cartoons and before the second book came out, they wanted Rush Revere Legos. So when we got to the third chapter, and my son is reading, we\u2019re reading it together, and he\u2019s cracking up about Star Wars and Legos. I mean, he\u2019s loving it.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, look, I\u2019m feeling compelled to do something for you. I feel like saying “thank you” just isn\u2019t enough, but you\u2019ve got everything. You know what I could do? I could send you a Ted-Tea Bear. I could send you a couple of Ted-Tea Bears that are from the Two If By Tea website. I\u2019ll send you a couple of those. Did you say you did or did not find the audio version yesterday when you looked?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I did not find the audio version, but we still have yours in our car from the first one, and we still listen to that even though we\u2019ve read the book, so —<\/p>\n

RUSH: All right. All right, well, good, because it is a little different hearing the author actually read it. We\u2019ll send you the audio version of the second book, too.<\/p>\n

CALLER: That\u2019s wonderful.<\/p>\n
