RUSH: Do you know this? The AAA, the American Automobile Association, has been testing electric cars. You know what they found out? They found that an electric car can travel only half as far as advertised in freezing weather. It\u2019s a good thing they found this out before we had a really bad winter. Oh, wait. We have had a really bad winter. They just found this out. Frigid temperatures can reduce the distance an electric car travels by 57%. It\u2019s already not a great distance that they go. <\/p>\n

“Latinos are Souring on Obamacare.” This is not the first time we\u2019ve heard of this. This is the third, maybe the fourth time that I have seen polling data like this. “A new poll shows Latinos — a fast-growing and key demographic in American elections — aren\u2019t as fond of Obamacare as they once were. The Pew Research Center poll showed Hispanics are split on whether they approve of [Obamacare], with 47% approving and 47% disapproving.<\/p>\n

<\/a>“The numbers are notable because Latinos have generally been among the health care law\u00c2\u2019s chief supporters. Other polls have shown they supported the law by a 2-to-1 margin, and a September 2013 poll, before the law\u00c2\u2019s implementation, showed 61% of Hispanics approved of it.” Isn\u2019t that fascinating, that 61% approved it before it was implemented? Now that it\u2019s implemented, that 61% is down to 47%, and it\u2019s falling. <\/p>\n

But yet remember we were told for years that once people got to know more about it, the more they would love it? Kathleen Sebelius told us that. Pelosi told us that. I think even The Messiah himself, The One, told us that. (impression) “Well, you know, as we roll it out and people use it, they\u2019re gonna realize how much they like it and how much they\u2019ve missed it and how great it is.” But, instead, the more people know about Obamacare, the more they loathe it. <\/p>\n

Again, I hate to bring this up, but it\u2019s a golden opportunity. The Republicans are what? The Republicans are salivating over a connection with Hispanic voters, are they not? The Republicans are out there openly saying they\u2019ll never, ever win the presidency if they don\u2019t really get an increased percentage of the Hispanic vote. The Democrats were the first to tell \u2019em that, and the Republicans said, “You know what? You\u2019re right! <\/p>\n

“We are not gonna ever win again without a lot of Hispanics.” Well, here you go, Republicans. It turns out that Obamacare is your ticket. Obamacare is the connector to you and the Hispanic vote, not amnesty. It\u2019s Obamacare! Do you think they\u2019ll move on it? I hope so, but I think they\u2019re so invested in amnesty now that this would be looked at as a problematic and confusing thing for \u2019em.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
