Norah O\u2019Donnell, Charlie Rose, Gayle King.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019DONNELL:  John Dickerson, our political director, has a piece out this morning saying Democrats bragged about how maligning Mitt Romney early on was good. And as Dickerson points out that &#8220;[r]aising issues about health and age is also standard operating procedure in campaigns,&#8221; and &#8220;in modern history, it has been [used] chiefly&#8221; by the Democrats. Okay?<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_91223\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/CharlieROse051414.jpg\"\/><BR\/>ROSE:  <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=9379\">Here\u2019s what Rush Limbaugh said<\/a>: &#8220;So, anyway, the left is fit to be tied over what Rove said about Mrs. Clinton.  He\u2019s walking back &#8216;brain damage,\u2019 but he thinks that she\u2019s suffered some kind of catastrophic or very serious injury when she fell, and we know that she fell.&#8221;<\/line><\/p>\n<p>KING:  We\u2019ll see.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  So they\u2019re quoting me on the CBS morning show.  H.R., when\u2019s the last time they asked me to appear on that program? Do they ever ask, or is it always Good Morning America and the Today show?  (interruption)  Yeah.  Yeah.  We haven\u2019t been asked.  So they just read the transcript of the program.
