RUSH: “Illegal aliens are being allowed to fly on commercial airliners without valid identification, according to the National Border Patrol Council.” You think you could do that? Let\u2019s try it this afternoon, Snerdley. Let\u2019s head over to PBI and try to get on an airplane without any ID. See what happens. This is an exclusive here from Breitbart News<\/a>. The TSA is allowing illegals to fly without verifiable ID. This is the Border Patrol union, by the way, the National Border Patrol Council. <\/p>\n

It\u2019s like the National Screeners union that Snerdley\u2019s a member of. You know, Moe Thacker is the union chief. Is that not a perfect union thug name? Moe Thacker has been the head of the United Screeners union since I started this program in New York in 1988. The Border Patrol has a union. It\u2019s called the National Border Patrol Council. “The aliens who are getting released on their own recognizance are being allowed to board and travel commercial airliners by simply showing their Notice to Appear forms.”<\/p>\n

<\/a>The spokesman has a name here. His name is Hector Garza, and he is the Local 2455 spokesman. He says, “This is not the CBP [Customs and Border Protection] or another federal agency renting or leasing an aircraft, these are the same planes that the American public uses for domestic travel. This just adds insult to injury. Not only are we releasing unknown illegal aliens onto American streets, but we are allowing them to travel commercially using paperwork that could easily be reproduced or manipulated on any home computer.”<\/p>\n

Lois Lerner could even do it. “The Notice to Appear form has no photo, anyone can make one and manipulate one. They do not have any security features, no watermark, nothing. They are simply printed on standard copy paper based on the information the illegal alien says is the truth.” These are notices to appear before an immigration judge. And everybody knows they\u2019re not gonna show up and appear. They\u2019re gonna end up in the shadows. <\/p>\n

This is just more monkey business by the Regime. “Oh, but they\u2019ve all promised to show up. They\u2019ve all promised to come back and appear. That\u2019s why we\u2019re letting them in the country. We give them the Notice to Appear form, and they swear that they\u2019ll come back.” <\/p>\n

But we\u2019re not tracking them. We don\u2019t know where they go. Well, I\u2019m not sure about that. I wonder if there\u2019s a paper trail where all of these illegal aliens, not just children, by the way, they\u2019re being dispersed. They\u2019re not in these processing centers very long. They\u2019re being dispersed to, quote, unquote, families, sponsors. I read a story the other day that they\u2019re outraged in Michigan over the influx of some of these illegal alien kids. They are being flown all over the country, and apparently the Border Patrol union guy said they\u2019re allowed on planes without any valid ID. <\/p>\n

Spokesman Garza, Hector Garza of the Local 2455, the National Border Patrol Council said, “We do not know who these people are, we often have to solely rely on who they say they are, where they say they came from, and the history they say they have. We know nothing about most of them, ICE releases them into the American public, and now they are boarding aircraft at will with a simple paper document that anyone can easily alter or reproduce themselves.”<\/p>\n

Even if the form they have is legit, it\u2019s still not a real ID. We still don\u2019t know who they are. So Breitbart wanted to see if this was real or just the rant of one local union spokesman, and they found out that Garza was validated by the national body of the National Border Patrol Council, the NBPC. And Breitbart Texas obtained an exclusive statement from the NBPC, and it\u2019s this. <\/p>\n

“The National Border Patrol Council adamantly opposes the decision of DHS to release the illegal aliens who have been transported from the Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol Sector to other locations for processing. The lack of consequences has furthered this crisis and will only continue to do so. The fact that TSA is accepting the I-862 (Notice to Appear) as a form of identification and allowing illegal aliens to travel commercially shows just how little regard the federal government has for its own immigration laws.”<\/p>\n

So I\u2019m gonna ask, since the subject keeps coming up, is this just this Obama bunch in the middle of a crisis not knowing what the hell to do? Is this something else? Is this the purposeful erasure of the border, if not erasure, is it the blurring of the border? Now, I\u2019ve been thinking about this. I got this e-mail from my friend who thinks, “Rush, these people, they\u2019re in over their head and they don\u2019t know what to do. They\u2019re going from crisis to crisis, and they don\u2019t know what to do.” <\/p>\n
