RUSH: There\u2019s a Pew Research Center survey. “As Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto travels across California and declares America to be ‘the other Mexico\u2019 –” You know, this is strange. Have you seen the story today, Al-Qaeda has a magazine? Al-Qaeda has a magazine. TIME Magazine is losing subs. Newsweek is out of business. US News is barely holding on, and Al-Qaeda has a magazine. (interruption) Oh, yeah, I know. And in the latest issue of Al-Qaeda Today are targets in America, bomb targets, car bombs. <\/p>\n

They are laying out targets, they are making threats, and they are predicting all kinds of terror attacks, car bombs, in various parts of the country, in a magazine. And Obama\u2019s fundraising, or what have you. <\/p>\n

“As Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto travels across California and declares America to be ‘the other Mexico,\u2019 a Pew Research<\/a> survey has found that 60% of Mexicans disapprove of Pena Nieto on the economy. Perhaps as a result, a plurality of Mexicans think that life is better across the border,” and a third of the Mexican population says they would come here if they could. <\/p>\n

“In addition, the Pew survey found that ‘two-thirds are dissatisfied with the way things are going in Mexico today\u2019 while ‘only 30% are satisfied.'” But, see, the people in Mexico who don\u2019t like it, they can come here. Where do we go? Where do we go when we don\u2019t like it? Well, we can go to a different state, maybe, and we have to change it internally. One-third of the Mexican population would come here. Do you think the Democrats aren\u2019t salivating over that possibility? <\/line><\/p>\n

You better realize long and hard, if the Democrat Party could figure out a way to get one-third of Mexico here as registered Democrat voters, they would do it, folks. They do not care. They obviously do not care. The Democrat Party doesn\u2019t care about prosperity for the masses. The Democrat Party doesn\u2019t care about wealth, the accumulation of wealth, a growing economy, for the masses. The Democrat Party needs a permanent underclass of subservient — and that\u2019s key — subservient, dependent, low educated, low skilled people who are proficient at only one thing, and that\u2019s voting. That\u2019s all the Democrats need. <\/p>\n

They\u2019ll have their enclaves where they can be prosperous and they can accumulate wealth and they can live among each other, and they will do what they can to keep all of the rabble out. They will not live amongst it. They will not live next to or among all of these new arrivals that they profess to love and respect so much and whose human rights they think need to be protected and promoted. They won\u2019t do a damn thing for \u2019em but take their votes and dispense meager welfare benefits to them. <\/p>\n

In a related story from Reuters<\/a>. “US authorities have agreed to stop pressuring undocumented immigrants in Southern California to sign off on their own deportations under a legal settlement that may later allow some deportees to return from Mexico to seek US legal residency. The deal reached between the American Civil Liberties Union and federal officials stems from a lawsuit brought last year on behalf of other immigration rights groups.”<\/p>\n

What is immigration rights? What right to immigrate does anybody have? There is no such right. That is a behavior permissible by American law. There\u2019s no right to immigrate. Immigration rights groups. Anyway, what this is — because this story as written by Reuters requires translation. This is a textbook example of how the left works. The claim here, the claim that they are making on behalf of immigration rights groups, the claim is that California coerced illegal aliens into signing voluntary deportation forms. <\/p>\n

Oh, yes, don\u2019t you know. The state of California tricked people. The state of California tricked all of these innocent, unsuspecting jewels of humanity, tricked them into signing their own deportation forms. But now, thanks to a deal struck between the US government and the ACLU — and I submit there\u2019s no difference in the two — what this means, folks, is that now hundreds, maybe hundreds and thousands of illegal aliens are gonna be allowed to come back to California, after they were deported, because they\u2019re gonna claim they were tricked and deported illegally. <\/p>\n

So, in addition to the daily migration that is taking place, we are now told that hundreds of thousands of those previously deported can come back because they were tricked into leaving on their own. And Reuters is overjoyed reporting this, I might add. Reuters can barely contain their excitement. “All of the immigrants had strong grounds for being allowed to remain in the United States after entering illegally because of family ties and a lack of criminal history.”<\/p>\n

<\/a>So Reuters is saying they had no business being sent back. They were tricked into signing their own deportation. But they were wonderful people and they should have been allowed to stay. Even though they were here illegally they should have been allowed to stay, because of family history, and none of \u2019em had any criminal history. <\/p>\n

What does any of that matter? They were here illegally! Do you notice how that is simply ignored and looked past as though it\u2019s not even there? Illegally doesn\u2019t matter. You\u2019re racist and bigoted if you point that out. So it\u2019s now racist and bigoted to engage in the honor system and obey the law. <\/p>\n

Did you know that immigration judges are unionized? Try this, from the AP: “Immigration Judges\u2019 Union Wants Independent Court — The federal immigration court system should be separated from the Justice Department and operated independently of federal law enforcement, the top two leaders of the immigration judges\u2019 union said Wednesday.”<\/p>\n

Now, who knew that immigration judges even had a union? I wonder what party these guys donate to. Just kidding. We know who they donate to. “Judge Dana Leigh Marks, president of the National Association of Immigration Judges –” Seriously? Unionized judges? “Judge Dana Leigh Marks, president of the National Association of Immigration Judges, said immigration judges act as arbiters in deportation cases being argued by Homeland Security Department lawyers but judges also are treated as attorneys for the government.” And, as such, this won\u2019t do, so they need to be separated from the DOJ. <\/line><\/p>\n

They need to be treated as their own Department of Judges, immigration judges. And they should be given their own court. It\u2019s a conflict of interest to have these judges be in the department. Yeah, see, they can\u2019t ever be seen as being on the side of the US government. That would be violating somebody\u2019s civil rights somewhere, obviously. <\/p>\n

Okay. Luis Gutierrez. Luis Gutierrez for the past month<\/a> has barely been able to contain himself, running around predicting Obama is gonna grant amnesty to at least five million illegal immigrants already in the country by Labor Day, which is Monday. He has been all over the place. He\u2019s been smiling. He\u2019s been giddy. It\u2019s been Christmas morning every day for the past five weeks, and he\u2019s been out there telling everyone, “We gotta get ready. We gotta gear up. We gotta prepare for this,” and he has been working with the godfather, and that would be Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel. <\/p>\n

Rahm and Luis Gutierrez are saying they want Chicago to be the model for immigrant benefits, a model for immigrant benefits. That word “benefits” is a pet peeve of mine. It\u2019s a red flag. It\u2019s a warning sign. Obama talks about it all the time. Obama, when he\u2019s making speeches to groups of people, he always — not always — but often references their benefits and how they should do what they have to, to get their benefits. As though benefits are an entitlement unto themselves. <\/p>\n

Benefits, folks, are things paid for by other people. “Benefits” is income redistribution. “Benefits” is wealth transfers. And benefits are spoken of as an entitlement. And so now in TheHill.com<\/a>, Chicago Democrats are hoping to make Chicago, which is close to being the murder capital of the country, the model for enrolling illegal immigrants into whatever new benefits the Obama Regime might adopt. Well, then, why work? Why even try to get a job if your sponsors are going to be engaged in setting up the best benefits program ever to be seen in this country? Luis Gutierrez was on Cavuto\u2019s show on Fox yesterday. We have three sound bites. Cavuto says, “How is Obama gonna act, Luis? What is he gonna do, Luis?”<\/p>\n

GUTIERREZ: Here\u2019s what I believe is going to happen. He\u2019s gonna say, “God, there\u2019s over six million undocumented workers that have been here ten years or more.”<\/p>\n

CAVUTO: You\u2019re tight with the president, you\u2019re tight with the White House, so I don\u2019t think you\u2019d just say this stuff out of turn. I mean —<\/p>\n

GUTIERREZ: No, no, no, it\u2019s —<\/p>\n

CAVUTO: Have you heard from the White House that it is looking at granting over six million illegals amnesty?<\/p>\n

GUTIERREZ: Neil, Neil, Neil. I\u2019m gonna tell you something. Please. Do not tell your viewing audience that I\u2019ve heard this from the White House. I have not heard this from there. This is what I believe is going to happen. This is what I\u2019m betting is gonna happen.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Luis is backing off a little bit here. I\u2019m not kidding. For the past month or so Luis has been making it sound like he\u2019s in tight with the Regime and that it\u2019s a fait accompli, and it\u2019s five million minimum, and it is this weekend. But now Luis is saying, “Wait, do not told your viewing audience that I\u2019ve heard this from the White House. I\u2019ve not heard this from there. This is what I believe is going to happen.” Cavuto says, “Luis, is this the president\u2019s power to do alone, this amnesty, by executive authority?”<\/p>\n

GUTIERREZ: He cannot, like a magic wand, grant it to five million people. He can say things like, “I\u2019ll give you a work permit for two years until the Congress of the United States finally decides to deal, and then you\u2019ll pay your taxes. You\u2019ll work legally in the United States for a couple of years,” and he grant that for a couple of years to millions of people. I think the president\u2019s gonna set a date. Look, it\u2019s gonna be a date, I don\u2019t know how many years.<\/p>\n

RUSH: It\u2019s gonna be a date, I don\u2019t know how many years, but he\u2019s gonna let \u2019em stay here for two years. But once this is done, it\u2019s a fait accompli, it\u2019s amnesty, folks. This is what they do not want anybody — they don\u2019t want the word “amnesty” used, \u2019cause they know that poisons it. And I know this because the sponsors have told me. I have been to private dinners where they\u2019ve tried to explain to me how it\u2019s not amnesty. I\u2019m talking about elected officials. <\/line><\/p>\n

They\u2019ve tried to tell me it\u2019s not amnesty, and they say, “If you call it amnesty, it\u2019s gonna kill it. It\u2019s not amnesty, and we\u2019re here to tell you it\u2019s not amnesty.” And they told me what Luis Gutierrez said. “We\u2019re not granting \u2019em amnesty. We\u2019re gonna give \u2019em a work permit, an e-card, some kind of thing here to show the e-card, but it\u2019s not amnesty. Don\u2019t, damn it, say it\u2019s amnesty \u2019cause it isn\u2019t amnesty, you hear me? It\u2019s not amnesty! Well, it is, but it isn\u2019t.” And they go on and on and on trying to tell me it\u2019s not amnesty. “We\u2019re gonna have work permits while Congress gets its act together.” No, no, no, no, no. <\/p>\n

See, this is where the Constitution to these people is just a bunch of suggestions, and it isn\u2019t. The Constitution is the foundation of law, one of them. Anyway, so their conversation continued \u2019cause Luis said, “I think the president\u2019s gonna set a date. Look, it\u2019s gonna be a date, I don\u2019t know how many years,” and they end up talking at the same time here.<\/p>\n

CAVUTO: Tell us when this event you don\u2019t know is going to happen is going to happen.<\/p>\n

GUTIERREZ: Here\u2019s my hope. It will happen before the election.<\/p>\n

CAVUTO: Okay.<\/p>\n

GUTIERREZ: Sometime in the next 45 days before the election, \u2019cause I think there should be no political consideration or consequences considered. We should do it \u2019cause it\u2019s the right thing for America to do.<\/p>\n

RUSH: It\u2019s not the right thing for America. On what basis is it the right thing for America to do? The only way you can say that is if somehow it\u2019s our responsibility the way everybody else in the world lives. And if they have a subpar existence, it\u2019s our fault, and therefore the right thing for us to do is to make it up to them by letting them come here. On what basis is it the right thing to do to grant amnesty? On what basis is it the right thing to do to ignore the law? But, anyway, Luis is now backing off. Now 45 days, now before the election. He didn\u2019t say with Cavuto it\u2019s gonna happen this weekend.<\/p>\n

BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n

RUSH: Russell in Fremont, California. Hi, Russell. Welcome to the Rush Limbaugh program. Great to have you here.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hey, thank you for taking my call. Hey, you kind of stole a little bit of my thunder when you talked about what the president of Mexico said when he met with our Moonbeam here, but that leads into the second part of it. After he said that this is the other Mexico, he went on to say that there are other states that have not evolved as much as California has when it comes to the issues of immigrants. Well, you can read that “immigrants” however you want. And then he went on to also say about those who are still discriminating and so forth, I only have one thing to say for you: The future will pretty much show you your ethical mistake. Time will show we\u2019re right. And I would encourage your listeners to read the transcript of what he said, because, as goes California, goes the rest of the nation.<\/line><\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, wait a minute. Most people aren\u2019t gonna do that. Summarize what he said. What did he just say mean? <\/p>\n

CALLER: He pretty much is telling us the governors of these states that are opposing immigration reform, get your act together, follow what California\u2019s doing. Let people in and go with the flow. Don\u2019t fight it. Let Obama have his way.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Did he threaten anything?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Not so much threaten anything. You could take out a couple words, but to me there\u2019s hidden meaning there, pretty much when he says this is the other Mexico and when he said that the —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Come on. There is no other Mexico. There\u2019s California, which was stolen. And they\u2019re gonna get it back.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I ran into that years ago in an election precinct where I had said something about the ballot, and this Hispanic gentleman, I said, “You know, I guess we took this from you in the battle, you\u2019re pretty much gonna just overrun us,” and he kind of just smiled and nodded his head.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, let me tell you something. When the Mexican president is not alarmed that one-third of his population wants to leave? When one-third, according to polling data, one-third of the Mexican population wants to leave, and here\u2019s the Mexican president running around essentially telling us, “And you better take \u2019em.” I think what we\u2019re talking about here, folks, we\u2019re not talking about immigration. There\u2019s something else going on. Maybe call it colonization, but this is stunning to me. <\/p>\n

Can you imagine, let us say, for example, that there were a poll in this country produced by the Pew Research Center for People in the Press, and this poll clearly stated that one-third, 100 million Americans wanted to leave, wanted to go somewhere else, what do you think the ramifications would be for the Regime, for the current Regime? I think it\u2019s stunning, and the Mexican president is all for it. The Mexican president, the Mexican government\u2019s been working with the US government to facilitate this colonization, this immigration. You have ads on the radio or TV in Mexico advising Mexican citizens how to get on the welfare rolls once they get here, food stamps and that stuff.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
