CALLER: Hey, how you doing?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Hey. I\u2019m good.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Quick question. I always wonder why you always down Obama as far as being a president, as being a man. And I always say, that\u2019s like you on the radio every day. You can\u2019t control what goes on in every state, in every city, what every radio station around the United States, and you have to have permission, just like Obama has to have permission from Congress to do something, if he doesn\u2019t do it, he\u2019s a bad person. If he doesn\u2019t get Congress approval, he\u2019s a bad person. So what is one man to do, if he does it this way, it\u2019s a problem. If he does it the other way, it\u2019s a problem. But you don\u2019t look at that. You look at everything he does.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Okay, can you give me specific, I mean, you think Obama\u2019s doing good job and you think I\u2019m being unfair?<\/line><\/p>\n

CALLER: I think he\u2019s doing a great job.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You think he\u2019s a doing a great job?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes, I do.<\/p>\n

RUSH: On what?<\/p>\n

CALLER: On the economy, jobs are up.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You gotta be kidding me.<\/p>\n

CALLER: No, sir, I\u2019m not kidding.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You have got to be kidding.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Have you looked at the polls?<\/p>\n

RUSH: This is a plant call. You can\u2019t you can\u2019t possibly.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I possibly know he\u2019s a great president.<\/p>\n

RUSH: He doing a great job on the economy and jobs?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes, he is.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Jobs are up?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes, it is.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Sir, they\u2019re —<\/p>\n

CALLER: I listen to the radio. I look at —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Louis —<\/line><\/p>\n

CALLER: — everything every day. I don\u2019t just go on what Limbaugh says on the radio, what Rush Limbaugh says.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, you should. (crosstalk)<\/p>\n

CALLER: — what you are saying is not correct.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Louis, you should listen to me \u2019cause I\u2019m not lying to you. I got nothing to gain by lying to you or anybody else. You should listen to me. I don\u2019t want to lie to you. I don\u2019t make things up. There\u2019s nothing in it for me to lie to you. You need to examine who it is your believing when you hear jobs are up, \u2019cause, Louis —<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes, sir.<\/p>\n

RUSH: — it ain\u2019t happening. We\u2019re in a depression, Louis. I don\u2019t even think this is a recession. We\u2019re in a disaster here. It\u2019s not good.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Okay, let me ask you one question, Rush. As far as health care. I heard you talk about that. I know the plan that I\u2019m on, it\u2019s a great plan to me, and it\u2019s a very great plan as far as a health care plan. I mean, people didn\u2019t have insurance. People couldn\u2019t go to their doctor. They were able to go to their doctor and do things that they couldn\u2019t do before. I know some people\u2019s premium may have went up, but it has helped more people than it has hurt.<\/p>\n

RUSH: No, it\u2019s exact opposite. More people have been hurt by Obamacare than helped. Their premiums have gone up. Their coverage has gone down. The president lied to \u2019em about keeping their doctor and their policy over three years. What do you like about the plan that you have?<\/line><\/p>\n

CALLER: The plan that I have, actually it\u2019s a great plan. I mean, if you have to go to the doctor, you have to pay a premium just like anybody else, but you know you can get to the doctor and you don\u2019t have to pay a big premium like you used to have to pay, just three or four hundred dollars a month —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Somebody\u2019s paying it, Louis. You need to find out who and thank them.<\/p>\n

CALLER: The taxpayers, just like me. The taxpayers are paying it. I\u2019m a taxpayer, so you saying that other taxpayers shouldn\u2019t be paying something —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, if you\u2019re getting what you used to have for less, then somebody\u2019s paying what you used to be, somebody\u2019s paying your share. You need to find out who they are and thank them.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I need to thank \u2019em?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah, because somebody\u2019s paying what you used to pay. If you\u2019ve got a good insurance company, somebody\u2019s making up the difference \u2019cause nothing\u2019s free.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I never said anything free, but the same thing —<\/p>\n

RUSH: I know, but you said you got a good deal. Your premiums aren\u2019t as high as they were, your coverage is better. Somebody\u2019s paying for that, if you\u2019re not.<\/line><\/p>\n

CALLER: So basically what you\u2019re saying is when I was paying my premium every day, every month, three or four hundred dollars a month, I was paying for somebody else\u2019s. So basically you saying it\u2019s not time for somebody else, to work with each other, to help each other —<\/p>\n

RUSH: No, I\u2019m not saying that. You might have been subsidizing somebody else. My point is you\u2019re now being subsidized.<\/p>\n

CALLER: So that make the people that\u2019s being subsidized now makes them a less person than the people that\u2019s now and before? No. It is that you helping each other. Just like you speak on your show, America, America, America. Okay, America is supposed to be a group of people, an organization that supposed to stick with each other and help each other and come as one just like you saying the service people. Everybody supposed to stick as one group of people defending United States, defending the Constitution. That\u2019s what you say you stand for every day, but you totally different. You\u2019re saying Obama\u2019s not doing this, the country\u2019s not doing this, but then you do the rhetoric, that, well, he should have got Congress permission and all that, but then if he does get Congress permission —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Louis, you\u2019re all over the board here. Obama is, by his own admission, tinkling on the Constitution. By his own admission he\u2019s saying he has to go it alone. By his own admission (imitating Obama), “If Congress won\u2019t work with me, I\u2019m gonna do it on my own.” By his own admission he is violating the Constitution. This is not a matter of debate. <\/p>\n

Anyway, I\u2019ve gone beyond the length of time I have for this segment. I\u2019m a little long here. But, Louis, a low-information voter maybe, but look at this idea “we all come together, we stick together, we do things together, and that\u2019s the Constitution,” if that\u2019s what he said. It\u2019s not the Constitution. Nothing\u2019s really changed, Louis. If you want it, go get it. Don\u2019t wait for it. Go get it. You\u2019re not owed anything just because you\u2019re an American or because Obama\u2019s president. If you want something, go get it, and when you get it don\u2019t feel guilty about it.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Whenever we get the chance, folks, to demonstrate what a low-information voter is, we do it. And we just did. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, you\u2019re just a dream come true today here. From Louis to Kathryn.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, I just thank God that you\u2019re here every day, that you\u2019re here and you\u2019re helping America. Thank you so much.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, you\u2019re welcome very much.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, if I had to listen to people like Louis all the time, I\u2019d really be scared. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Hey, they\u2019re everywhere. I mean, you want to know the people voting for Obama, that\u2019s what they think, that\u2019s what they\u2019re out there believing.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, we\u2019re all shaking our heads now because we\u2019re all scared about all this Iraq business. But what I wanted to ask you about, Rush, is really, don\u2019t you think this all started with Clinton, when he didn\u2019t act the first time the towers were bombed. When the Cole was bombed. I mean, there were so many things going on then, and he took no action. At least Bush took action. He even got Congress to vote to take action.<\/p>\n

RUSH: To refresh everybody\u2019s memory, the World Trade Center was first hit, I guess it was 1993. It was on my dad\u2019s birthday, February 26th, I remember that. It was a dry run and they had a bomb and a truck too small. They thought they were gonna be able to bring down the tower that they parked that truck in the garage. And the problem that happened, the Clinton years were famous. Remember the name Jamie Gorelick, and Clinton\u2019s attorney generals, it was during those years in the nineties that the Clinton team decided to treat terrorism as a standard, ordinary violation of the law, as a criminal act. <\/p>\n

There were indictments and investigations by the FBI or the prosecutor\u2019s office and there was a denial of what it really was. Jamie Gorelick was the woman responsible for erecting this wall that to protect people\u2019s civil rights, the CIA was not allowed to learn any intel the FBI learned, and vice-versa. So they couldn\u2019t share intel legally, so as not to compromise Clinton-era legal investigations.
