CALLER: Good afternoon, Rush. Thanks for allowing me to speak. I have to be quick. I have disagreement with you when you call the uninformed voter. I don\u2019t think they are uninformed at all. I haven\u2019t met one uninformed voter yet. Really, I try. They are deceptive. They just want the people they are voting in in. They know who those people are. They know what is coming, and they\u2019re all about it, they\u2019re in favor of it. It\u2019s not they\u2019re uninformed. Actually, they are very well informed indeed.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, let me see. Your contention is the uninformed voter really isn\u2019t uninformed and is voting exactly for what he wants to happen and likes what\u2019s going on and wants more of it?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Absolutely. We didn\u2019t have a problem like that when (unintelligible) 50% of population became, you know, that way, but after that happened, the tipping point was achieved and here we are —<\/p>\n

<\/a>RUSH: Okay, so the low-information voter<\/a> is actually a very sophisticated sponge. His theory is the low-information voter is probably 50% that gets some kind of government check. They know full well why they\u2019re getting it and who\u2019s giving it to \u2019em and they know full well how to keep the train going, and that\u2019s vote Democrat. That\u2019s his theory. Therefore, there are no low-information voters. <\/p>\n

Now, I mean, we could take issue with this, and I might on another occasion. I just want to tell you, Alex, that the reason why you\u2019ll never run into a low-information voter is that the low-information voters don\u2019t know that they are low-information, by definition. They don\u2019t know enough to know that they don\u2019t know anything. It\u2019s kind of hard to understand at first, but then when a light goes off, it makes total sense. By definition, being low-information, they don\u2019t know that they\u2019re low-information. They don\u2019t know what they don\u2019t know. And that\u2019s why you don\u2019t ever find any. <\/p>\n

I\u2019ve never found anybody that admitted they\u2019re low-information. Everybody talks about \u2019em, but nobody thinks they are one. But we know they\u2019re everywhere. (interruption) Oh, you agree with the guy? (interruption) Look, there\u2019s no question. I mean, remember those man on the street things that Jay Leno used to? If those are real and not scripted, if those are real, then there can be no doubt there\u2019s low-information people, and we are dwarfed by \u2019em. <\/line><\/p>\n

The Obama phone lady, Obama phone? Yeah, I think they\u2019re all over the place. But they don\u2019t know it. That\u2019s why, you know, I\u2019ve been talking about the low-information voter, I\u2019ve been insulting them for 20 years, and I\u2019ve never had one of them bitch because nobody thinks I\u2019m talking about them. It\u2019s been the safest group to criticize that I\u2019ve ever come up with.
