Longtime listener, first-time caller.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Thank you.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  I\u2019m calling you on my daughter\u2019s behalf.  We got your books on Friday.  She read \u2019em all by Sunday. She\u2019s finished with them. She\u2019s just turned nine years old.  She was hoping to get to talk to you on Monday.  We got through, but, ah, your show ended too soon.  But she got a lot out of the books, more than she did from any of her classes in public school and history. <\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s probably why she\u2019s in private school now.  She has made her own little book club, and she shares these books with the little kids in her book club and absolutely loves \u2019em.  They\u2019re the best ones for all of them, they say, and the parents have called us and asked about them (chuckles) except for one parent that wasn\u2019t happy with them.  But she was hoping to get to talk to you.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.booksamillion.com\/p\/Rush-Revere-American-Revolution\/Rush-Limbaugh\/Q576897767?id=6127963078969\"><img id=\"eZObject_98068\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/RushRevere2ndBookDittocam3AvailNow.jpg\"\/><\/a>RUSH:  One parent? One parent wasn\u2019t happy.  Now, see, if I were Bill Clinton, I wouldn\u2019t care about anything but that.  I\u2019d want to know who that parent was, and I\u2019d want to know why, and I\u2019d want to know what I could do to change their mind. But I\u2019m not focused on that one parent.  Your daughter read the first two Rush Revere books in a weekend?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  It didn\u2019t even take her the whole weekend. She was done Sunday morning. <\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Now, folks, this is not heavy reading &#8212; I mean, it\u2019s written for ages 10 to 13 &#8212; but it\u2019s not light, either.  This is words.  There\u2019s a lot of words in these books, and it\u2019s not pictures.  This is incredible.  Your daughter, at nine years old read it that fast.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  Yes, sir.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  She must have liked it.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  She absolutely did.  She told me to try to get on with you. She was hoping maybe we could get an autographed copy of that or something, and I said, &#8220;Well, I\u2019ll call.&#8221; She kept asking for two days, &#8220;Did he call back?&#8221; and I said, &#8220;No.&#8221; I said, &#8220;I\u2019ll go get you the book.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Awww.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: So I went and got the third book yesterday for her &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Awww.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  &#8212; the new book for her.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Awww.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  She said, &#8220;Well, if he does call back maybe I can get an iPad or an autographed copy of something from him?&#8221; (laughing)  You have to explain that to kids.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  I\u2019ll be glad to send her an autographed copy of the new book.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  Yeah!<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Did you say that she wants to start a kids\u2019 book club? They\u2019re allowed to have a reader in class. But for some reason, a hard book and stuff like that, they have to keep in their desk.  But they can keep the reader with them, and they\u2019re allowed to use the readers.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Right.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  But she can\u2019t whip out the hard book, so she trades \u2019em when they\u2019re in group, in their group, and they take \u2019em home and they read them in their little group, and then they bring \u2019em back and switch and talk about the books.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Well, what a great idea.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  Oh, yeah. I mean, the amount of history she has come out with through your books far exceeds what the public school doctrine has ever taught her.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Well, that\u2019s the mission.  I mean, that\u2019s it.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  And you did a great job.  She loves your horse, and what you did with your horse.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Oh, Liberty.  Liberty is gonna be such a star.  We\u2019re having trouble containing the horse.  The horse already knows how big he is.  Anyway, I need you to hang on out there, Matthew.
