I\u2019m a pastor in a pulpit, I\u2019m the son of a police officer, I am a longtime listener, and the father of a military police officer at Gitmo.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Oh, my God. Do you have any friends?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (laughing) I\u2019m not sure anymore.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah. I hear you.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: So you were talking about all the stuff and what\u2019s going on now at Gitmo. My son just deployed out. He got a nine-month vacation <a href=\"https:\/\/members.premiereinteractive.com\/store\/28566\/41864.html\">down to Club Gitmo<\/a>, and all he had to do to prepare for it was mustard gas and, you know, getting beat up and some spray and hazmat suits. And what\u2019s amazing is, what a lot of people don\u2019t know, is down there in his training, he\u2019s not to raise his voice. You can\u2019t call \u2019em prisoners, they\u2019re detainees. They all have their Xboxes, cable boxes, while outside while he\u2019s guarding they have listening devices, and they have to be careful of every word they say, because the government, big dad &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. The detainees, not prisoners, have listening devices?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: No, no, no. The government has &#8212;<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_99799\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/Gitmo.jpg\"\/><BR\/>RUSH: Oh, oh, oh, oh.<\/line><\/p>\n<p>CALLER: &#8212; recording devices all over the base.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Oh, the government has listening devises so as to find interrogators in violation of the behavior code?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: They have to watch everything they say, our guards, my son, as an MP, has to be careful of every word that\u2019s being recorded that he says &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Right.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: &#8212; all over the place, while these guys sit in Club Gitmo with cable boxes and flat-screen TVs.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Well, how did they get those?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Well, apparently it\u2019s been the replacement for the waterboarding.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Oh. Flat-screen TVs.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: They have it made down there. My son\u2019s been trained in not raising his voice. He has sensitivity training &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: I believe all that, but are you telling me they\u2019ve got flat-screen TVs in their cells?<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_99818\" class=\"alignright\" align=\"right\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/breakfastatgitmo.jpg\"\/><BR\/>CALLER: He said they have cable boxes, cable TV, and all of that set up in their cells.<\/line><\/p>\n<p>RUSH: In their cells.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: That was in his training that he just finished up, and in fact he\u2019s en route even as we speak.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: And they probably get to watch the Al-Qaeda network.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (laughing) I\u2019m not too sure about that.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Well, there is one. I don\u2019t know if it\u2019s on television. Clearly the Al-Qaeda people have a streaming network. I mean, they\u2019ve got websites and stuff. Flat screens in the cells?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: It seems a little backwards, but even when he was in Afghanistan at Bagram guarding, he had a prisoner &#8212; I\u2019m sorry &#8212; a detainee, excuse me. We don\u2019t want to break the ROE.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Right, right, right, right.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Stole his, grabbed hold of one of the keys to the handcuffs, and so he was raising his voice to the guy, saying you need to do this. Well, he complained, and that went to my son\u2019s commander. My son got bucked a rank for a month for raising his voice at the detainee trying to get the key back.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Now, come on. You\u2019ve got to be kidding me?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: If I can make this up, you know, hey, this is the kind of stuff that I don\u2019t think people understand.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: You get docked a rank for raising your voice?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Yeah. He got bucked a rank for mistreating the detainee by raising his voice.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: I guess, given who\u2019s running this show, and given their perception of who the real bad guys are and that we\u2019ve gotta prove we\u2019re not bad guys and maintain our values, I guess this isn\u2019t that hard to believe.
