CALLER: Good afternoon. Very surprised that I got through. Very small comment, a very quick one. I listen to a lot of Fox News where they keep trying to find out why the government is not calling them Islamic extremists<\/a> rather than just terrorists or people of violence. If it\u2019s not important to call that spade a spade, why is it important to call something a hate crime rather than just a murder? I mean, you know, if it\u2019s just murder, why have to put a special name on it?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Okay. That\u2019s not what you called about, right? <\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes, it was.<\/line><\/p>\n

RUSH: It was? Okay. I\u2019m sorry, I\u2019m distracted here. Could you make your point again? You said you\u2019ve been watching Fox. What\u2019s Fox doing that you noticed? <\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, they keep talking about the fact that Obama will not call people Islamic extremists.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Right.<\/p>\n

CALLER: That names don\u2019t matter. If names don\u2019t matter, then why is it important to call something a hate crime when it\u2019s still a murder? <\/p>\n

RUSH: Right.<\/p>\n

CALLER: In that case, a name matters. So it either matters or it doesn\u2019t matter.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh, I see. So you\u2019re giving us reasons why Obama\u2019s hypocritical.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I see. Well, we know that. They don\u2019t want to call it Islamic extremism. Why do you think he doesn\u2019t want to call it that? <\/p>\n

CALLER: That\u2019s what I would like to know.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Come on, you do know. This is my point, everybody knows. They just don\u2019t want to say. You know what it is.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I guess he\u2019s afraid of doing it for fear of offending Islamists.<\/p>\n

<\/a>RUSH: I think they\u2019re pretty already upset as it is. They\u2019re beheading people. They\u2019re burning people. They\u2019re terrorizing people. How much more angry can they get? <\/p>\n

CALLER: They can\u2019t get any more angry than they already are. They are in control, and they know it, because too many people in government, especially ours, are not doing anything they\u2019re supposed to be doing.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Why is that? <\/p>\n

CALLER: Turning a blind eye. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Why is that? <\/p>\n

CALLER: Like they didn\u2019t know that they were killing all of the Jews during World War II. Nobody knew about that.<\/p>\n
