He was speaking at a press briefing and an unidentified female infobabe said to the Speaker of the House, &#8220;There\u2019s been some criticism, you know, you\u2019re getting from Democrats that Amtrak wasn\u2019t well-funded enough and that the Republicans are to blame for some of this.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>BOEHNER:  Are you really gonna ask such a stupid question? Listen, you know, they started this yesterday. &#8220;It\u2019s all about funding. It\u2019s all about funding.&#8221;  Well, obviously, it\u2019s not about funding.  The train was going twice the speed limit.  Adequate funds were there.  No money\u2019s been cut from rail safety.<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_105962\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/Stupid-Question.jpg\"\/><BR\/>RUSH:  No money\u2019s been cut from anything! Have you seen the national debt?  It\u2019s $18 trillion.  There haven\u2019t been any budget cuts.  But when\u2019s the last time you heard John Boehner say to a Drive-By Media specialist, &#8220;Are you really gonna ask such a stupid question?&#8221;  Play that again, \u2019cause we don\u2019t hear this much, and we probably won\u2019t hear it again for a while.  John Boehner responding to an infobabe reporterette asking him if Republicans are responsible for the wreck because of budget cuts.
