CALLER: Hi, Rush. Thanks so much for your show and everything you do. My question is, since the Supreme Court made their ruling<\/a>, I\u2019d like to ask you how many gays do you think will be demanding to be married in a mosque?<\/p>\n

RUSH: I don\u2019t think any.<\/p>\n

CALLER: And why might that be?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, the truth of the matter is that the gay community in America does not see militant Islam as discriminating against them. <\/p>\n

CALLER: That\u2019s true.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Militant Islamists have not denied them happiness and good times and getting married and all. It\u2019s Christians. It\u2019s Christians. You might say, “But do they not know that homosexuals are put to death in Muslim countries?” Well, but it\u2019s not happening in America. We don\u2019t live in those countries. <\/line><\/p>\n

CALLER: Exactly.<\/p>\n

RUSH: They\u2019re not gonna go. They\u2019re scared. They\u2019re not gonna go into a mosque and demand marriage. It\u2019s not what this is about. This is not designed to take down Islam. The target\u2019s not Islam. The target is not religion per se. The target is Christians.
