RUSH: The Iranian nuke deal. John Kerry has admitted — yesterday we had the story, many of you didn\u2019t believe it <\/a>— John Kerry has now admitted the United States will help protect Iran\u2019s nuclear program from sabotage. I know, I know. Many of you heard that story yesterday, and you didn\u2019t believe it. What do you mean? I have e-mails on it. We\u2019re gonna defend Iran? Say if Israel wants to take out some nuke sites? Yeah, we are pledged to shield Iran\u2019s nuclear program from sabotage. Say a computer hack? We\u2019ll defend them against that. Any kind of a military attack? We\u2019ll defend them against that, even if it is from Israel. <\/p>\n

And try this. This is a new addition. During Thursday\u2019s Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on the Iran nuclear agreement, Secretary of State, John Kerry said, “The goal of the negotiations was never to dismantle Iran\u2019s entire nuclear program, but rather to prevent them from <\/line>obtaining nuclear weapons.” However, Secretary Kerry has a bit of a problem because he said in 2013 that the whole point of sanctions was to get Iran to dismantle its nuclear program. So old Lurch steps in it again. They keep putting bags of excrement in front of Trump hoping he\u2019s gonna step in them and instead Kerry is. <\/line><\/p>\n

Can you believe this? We never had, as a goal of the negotiations, to dismantle Iran\u2019s nuclear program? That\u2019s not what we were try to do? What has been the point of it from the beginning? Is to keep them from getting a nuclear weapon. Kerry says, “No, no, no, no, that was never our plan.” And it\u2019s true, because in 10 to 15 years max they get one. And, yet, it was Kerry himself in 2013 who said<\/a> the whole point of sanctions was to get Iran to dismantle its nuclear program. So, what Kerry is saying is (Paraphrasing), “Hey, look if they\u2019ll dismantle their program, and if we can make them do that, fine, but we\u2019re not going to pressure them to do it in negotiations.” <\/p>\n

Oh, folks, we are so at risk. And the White House, this is in TheHill.com, the White House says that the Iran — basically, the two side deals we\u2019ve been talking about, they\u2019re not side deals. They\u2019re not secret side deals. They are separate deals, but they\u2019re not side deals. The Republicans had this all wrong. This is from the White House press secretary. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Okay. I just got a John Kerry sound bite. Before we get to Ted Cruz, you gotta hear this. We just had the news that John Kerry said (imitating Kerry), “Hey, we were never, ever about dismantling their program.” What the hell were we doing, then? Why even get into an agreement? “Well, we wanted to make sure they didn\u2019t get those agreements while we were in power. That\u2019s right. We want to make sure that the Iranians get their nuclear deal going when the Republicans are in the White House and get blamed for it.” Right. <\/p>\n

<\/a>This morning in New York at the Council on Foreign Relations, the New World Order. The president, Richard Haass, interviewed Secretary Kerry for the benefit of the audience, all the New World Order conspirators, many of them in the media. Barbara Walters is probably there. She\u2019s a member, CFR. At any rate, Richard Haass and Kerry are talking about the Ayatollah Khamenei and his “Death to America!” chants and what that all means.<\/p>\n

KERRY: Do you think the Ayatollah is gonna come back to the table if Congress refuses this and negotiate again? We\u2019re very restrained in what we did. We didn\u2019t — there\u2019s no signing bonus. There\u2019s no sort of gift for, you know, saying you\u2019ll do something. You have to do something to get anything. I also told them that their chants of “Death to America,” and so forth are neither helpful and they\u2019re pretty stupid. (audience laughter)<\/p>\n

RUSH: (laughing) It\u2019s certainly — that\u2019s a chuckling thing. “I also told the Ayatollah Khamenei that their chants of ‘Death to America!\u2019 and so forth are not helpful and they\u2019re pretty stupid.” Do you think Kerry really told the Ayatollah Khamenei that he\u2019s stupid? Anyway, you heard the conspirators at the Council on Foreign Relations laugh about this, but even before that, I mean, this just does not sound — when you think of Americans off negotiating with the bad guys of the world, you think of mental giants like Henry Kissinger, any number of others.<\/p>\n
