Biden.  Biden hadn\u2019t made it past a Democrat primary yet in the two or three times he\u2019s tried.  Kerry?  John Kerry, really?  Already lost in 2004.  &#8220;Yeah, Rush, but that was before the Iran deal.&#8221;  That\u2019s my point.  &#8220;And, Rush, it was before he raised the flag over Cuba.&#8221; Right.  So all this stuff\u2019s gonna help him.  Right, right.  And then Gore, Algore? <\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_109704\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bernie-1-Truth-Detect-B.jpg\"\/><BR\/>Another loser.  This is the Democrat Party bench?  You know what it means? It means the Democrats think that both those guys got the shaft.  &#8220;Gore got the shaft of the Electoral College. Kerry was Swiftboated. They both should have won, and, in fact, the exit polls, which should have been the ones that were counted, had \u2019em both winning.&#8221;  That\u2019s what the Democrats think.  Because the exit polls showed Kerry winning at five o\u2019clock on Election Day, they think the election was stolen. <\/line><\/p>\n<p>Other than that, Martin O\u2019Malley? I\u2019m telling you, by the time Hillary trains and the Democrat Party trains everything on Sanders, Bernie\u2019s gonna think he\u2019s on an LSD hit from 50 years ago. By the time he ends up swimming on what they\u2019re gonna do to him.  He\u2019s gonna be on a trip he\u2019s never gonna have seen before.  You watch. Mark my words: He\u2019s sitting pretty right now, but nobody\u2019s trained their sights on him.  That\u2019s coming.  <\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Here\u2019s Peter, Chatham, New Jersey, welcome, sir.  Glad you waited.  Happy to have you on the program.  Hello.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  Well, thank you, sir.  Couple things.  First thing real quick: You talked about people on the bench yesterday.  I don\u2019t want anybody off the bench coming in.  Leave \u2019em on the bench.  The other thing is, &#8220;Okay, what is Obama trying to get out of all this in his legacy?&#8221;  To get his legacy, he\u2019s gotta get somebody in there as a puppet, and that\u2019s Biden.  Biden makes it happen. Everybody saw how wonderful it is, what Obama did.  If he bails and fails, well, it\u2019s Biden\u2019s fault \u2019cause he couldn\u2019t bring it forward to the end.  So I don\u2019t care about Hillary or any of those other people.  Until we know who Obama\u2019s gonna be behind&#8230; (BEEP! BOOP!)<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  What just happened there?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (BOOP!)<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: NSA monitoring?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Hello?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah, right here.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  Oh, hi.  Did you hear anything I said?<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_109730\" class=\"alignleft\" align=\"left\" alt=\"large\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/483621088_large.jpg\"\/><BR\/>RUSH:  Yeah, I don\u2019t know what happened there. Somebody\u2019s trying to call you.  I didn\u2019t do it.  I don\u2019t have the ability to do it. I don\u2019t have any touch-tones here.  I couldn\u2019t do what &#8212;<\/line><\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (BEEP!)<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: &#8212; just happened there.  It just happened again; it\u2019s not me.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  It\u2019s not me either! I don\u2019t know what&#8230; BEEP!<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  It\u2019s gotta be on your end! Somebody\u2019s picked up the phone and they\u2019re horsing around with you.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  Okay, here\u2019s (BEEP!) the deal.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  There it goes.  Look, I know what you\u2019re saying.  I know what you\u2019re saying.  He\u2019s talking about the Democrat bench and he\u2019s saying, &#8220;I don\u2019t want anybody on the bench. They\u2019re on the bench for a reason. They can\u2019t play. Okay? I don\u2019t want anybody on the bench.&#8221;  He says Obama\u2019s gonna be protective of his legacy. That means he\u2019s gonna need a sycophant; that means it\u2019s Biden.  But he doesn\u2019t want to wait until Obama makes it known who he chooses, and I don\u2019t know that Obama\u2019s gonna do that. <\/p>\n<p>A lot of presidents don\u2019t.  Of course, he\u2019s broken precedent after precedent after precedent, so&#8230; (interruption)  Well, we think we know that he doesn\u2019t want Hillary.  I don\u2019t think he wants Hillary.  I don\u2019t think he wants anybody that\u2019s gonna unravel his precious legacy or his policy implementations or whatever.  That\u2019s why you may say, &#8220;Well, how\u2019s he gonna do that?&#8221;  Well, he\u2019s gonna stay in Washington for one thing and he\u2019s&#8230; I guarantee you, folks, the first move&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Whoever the next president is, if there\u2019s a move made to change Obamacare, who\u2019s gonna be on the nightly news, lead story, complaining about it?  Barack Obama! Right there with Lester Holt or whatever the hell else is hosting the news.  You watch.  That\u2019s gonna be something we\u2019ve not seen before.  It\u2019s another of these age-old presidential traditions that\u2019s gonna be blown sky-high.
