You\u2019re next on the Rush Limbaugh program.  Hi.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  Hi, Rush.  How are you today?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  I\u2019m great.  Thank you.  How you doing?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  I\u2019m doing well.  First off, I just want to say, I love you to death and I thank God for you every day. I\u2019ve been a Rush Baby since 2003, and I just wanted to know: What do you think of Donald Trump?  I\u2019m 19. It\u2019s my first election, and in 2012 I worked for Romney.  I was disappointed that he did not win. So, what do you just think of Trump?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Well, let me first start: Are you asking&#8230;? Are you alarmed by Trump?  Are you encouraged?  Are you thinking of supporting him?  Are you alarmed?  What\u2019s your attitude about it?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  I was supporting him, but after I heard his election and his debate, I felt like he shot himself in the foot.  What do you think of him?<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_110466\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/Millennials-Trump-Girl.jpg\"\/><BR\/>RUSH:  Well, there are many answers to this.  Now, I know Donald personally.  I\u2019ve played golf with him.  He\u2019s just a flat-out nice guy, and he is who he is.  If you play golf with him at his golf course, the whole time you hear how it\u2019s the greatest golf course ever, that there isn\u2019t anything even close.  When he hits a great shot, he\u2019ll tell you that nobody plays the game better than he does.  It\u2019s who he is, and you laugh yourself silly. <\/line><\/p>\n<p>None of it\u2019s offensive, none of it\u2019s off putting, and he\u2019ll ask you, &#8220;Have you ever seen a shot like that?&#8221;  The last time I played with Trump, it was the first hole. It\u2019s a par 5. It was his course here. Yeah, we were playing a par 5 tee box, and he hits the ball a mile.  Trump hits the ball 300 yards.  Trump is&#8230; Before I played with him, I had people saying, &#8220;He lies about his handicap, Rush. He\u2019s nowhere near a 6.&#8221;  Well, the day I played with him, he was a 6.<\/p>\n<p>He was a 6 handicap and he played to, and he was booming the ball off the tee. He holed out from 120 yards after saying he was going to.  He\u2019s a funny person.  I think the reason people are attracted to him right now is that he\u2019s real.  He isn\u2019t phony.  He\u2019s not politically correct, and he\u2019s fearless.  He\u2019s not afraid to tell people what he actually thinks about other people or things, and he\u2019s not worried about the reaction that people have to it. <\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s just gonna go ahead and be who he is.  He\u2019s one of these people that really&#8230; He embodies the idea that you attract the kind of people you are, and that you should not be a phony to try to attract certain people, to try to be like the people you want to attract. It never works.  He just is who he is, and whoever doesn\u2019t like him? That\u2019s their problem.  Whoever does, fine. They\u2019re in the inner circle.  He\u2019s not bothered by not being liked.  He doesn\u2019t worry about it. He doesn\u2019t get his nose out of joint.<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_110483\" class=\"alignleft\" align=\"left\" alt=\"large\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/485291892_large.jpg\"\/><BR\/>Unlike Bill Clinton. If he goes into a room with a hundred people and there\u2019s one of them who doesn\u2019t like him, that\u2019s the whole time he spends with that person is trying to convert \u2019em.  Trump doesn\u2019t care, at least outwardly. He doesn\u2019t seem to have these normal, everyday insecurities.  In an era of the chickification and the feminization of the male population, Trump\u2019s a man.  He\u2019s unafraid to be masculine.  I think that has a lot of people, including women, standing up and cheering. <\/line><\/p>\n<p>I think Trump\u2019s support goes beyond ideological boundaries or lines and so forth.  But more than that, I think the Trump candidacy has&#8230; I don\u2019t know if it\u2019s gonna work, but it has a great opportunity to totally blow political correctness sky-high.  Trump is showing that you can thrive and win &#8212; survive, be loved, be supported &#8212; by being &#8220;politically incorrect,&#8221; quote\/unquote.  Trump is showing that the things the Republican Party\u2019s afraid of are baseless. <\/p>\n<p>They don\u2019t need to be afraid.  They don\u2019t need to be afraid of telling the truth about immigration.  They don\u2019t need to be afraid like the Republican Party obviously is.  So I think there\u2019s all kinds of potential value to a Trump candidacy in terms of reforming the American political system.  I don\u2019t want that to&#8230; I\u2019m not trying to make it bigger than it is.  But there\u2019s definite potential here.  For Trump personally, I like him.  I haven\u2019t made up my mind.  It\u2019s way too soon. <\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s too much to happen that can change things. No way we can know.  I don\u2019t have a candidate yet.  I have respect for a lot of these people.  I have like for a whole lot of them.  We\u2019ve got some incredible people on our side seeking the office here, and they\u2019re all decent, just plain old decent, great human beings.  Ben Carson, Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina is obviously solid citizen, reliable person.  Marco Rubio, you won\u2019t find a better person.  These people, you\u2019d all love to go to dinner with them, hang out, watch a football game, baseball, whatever.  They\u2019re all just great quality people, and I don\u2019t have distrust, I don\u2019t have suspicions of ulterior motives with any of them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RUSH: This is Ashley, Kansas City, Missouri.
