RUSH: I saw this story out there, ladies and gentlemen… Okay, I\u2019m sending it now. A story I just have for you: “Saudi Arabia Offers Germany 200 Mosques, One For Every 100…” (interruption) It didn\u2019t work again, okay! I\u2019ve been trying to tell them for a week it doesn\u2019t work, and they\u2019re not listening to a damn thing I am saying! So I\u2019m deciding to do it here. All right. Now I\u2019ll go to the next thing. Let\u2019s see if it\u2019s sent this time. It didn\u2019t send again. So my phone isn\u2019t working, period. The cell connection is not working. The problem is not me! (throws phone) <\/p>\n

All right. When I saw this story over here, “Saudi Arabia Offers Germany 200 Mosques, One for Every 100 Refugees Who Arrived Last Weekend<\/a>,” it jogged my memory about something. I went back and I found a story here. This is from February 18th. So, what, seven months ago? It\u2019s the UK Daily Mail. (interruption) What are you all chuckling at in there? (sigh) It\u2019s in one piece. (laughing) What are you…? It\u2019s in one piece! I just threw my phone up against the wall here. (interruption)<\/p>\n

Yes, of course, I have SquareTrade. But don\u2019t worry. It\u2019s over there on the floor. It\u2019s in fine shape. “Airplane mode and send it again.” Anyway, here\u2019s the headline of the story. Don\u2019t worry, folks! I don\u2019t get distracted here. I do not lose my place. “ISIS Threatens to Send 500,000 Migrants to Europe as a ‘Psychological Weapon\u2019 in Chilling Echo of Khadaffyi\u2019s Prophecy That the Mediterranean ‘Will Become a Sea of Chaos.'”<\/p>\n

This is seven months ago. I\u2019m just reading the story to you. The UK Daily Mail has an interesting format. They have four, five, six bullet points from the story, which are essentially pull quotes or highlights. And then they do the body of the story with about 1,000 pictures. So you have to weed out the pictures, get rid of them to get to the text. But here are the bullet points. Under the headline, “ISIS Threatens to Send 500,000 Migrants to Europe as a ‘Psychological Weapon<\/a>.'”<\/line><\/p>\n

This is seven months ago, and it\u2019s happening! Now we\u2019re being led to believe it\u2019s because of war-torn strife or thirst, hunger, civil war in Syria. No! It is a plan. We all understand this, and that\u2019s why all of this is inexplicable when we look at people who ought to be alarmed at this — they ought to be opposed to it, they ought to be afraid of it — embracing it? It doesn\u2019t make any sense! Well, again, I need to qualify that. There is a reason all this is happening. <\/p>\n

We don\u2019t want to know what it really is. That\u2019s why whatever answers we\u2019re given don\u2019t make any sense. And the real truth here, we all know what it is. It just doesn\u2019t make any sense to us. (interruption) Well, what do you think the real truth is? What do you…? Why do you…? (interruption) Why not? You\u2019re not on the air. You can tell me. There\u2019s no microphone in there. (interruption) Uh, that\u2019s mild. Why are you afraid of anybody hearing that? He said, “Islamic sympathies have overridden our” what? (interruption)<\/p>\n

“Islamic sympathies have overridden our national security concerns.” Okay. A lot of people think that. Why in the world do we have sympathy? This is what my friend who lost his son in 9\/11 doesn\u2019t understand. He didn\u2019t understand when the State Department convened a seminar within the first month asking, “Why do they hate us? What have we done to make them so mad at us?” He doesn\u2019t understand. <\/p>\n

None of that matters!<\/p>\n

There\u2019s nothing we could have done that justified what they did, so why the hell have a seminar about it? (interruption) Okay. Okay. So why sympathy? (interruption) No, no. I\u2019m not talking about Obama here. I\u2019m talking about Angela Merkel. I\u2019m talking about Cameron in the UK. I\u2019m talking about Europe right now. Because that\u2019s what this ISIS story… “Why sympathy?” You said sympathy. I think it\u2019s fear! (interruption) Well, there\u2019s a difference. (interruption) Germ… (interruption)<\/p>\n

I know I “led the way in pointing out Germany needs workers,” but that\u2019s not what they\u2019re getting. (laughing) They may need them, they may want them, and they may think that\u2019s what this is going to end up being. And here\u2019s Saudi Arabia offering to build them 200 mosques! How many Mercedes are built in mosques? How many Beamers? How many Volkswagens are assembled in mosques? Zero! Okay. <\/p>\n

So here are the bullet points of the story. Remember, this is February 18th this year. “Italian press today published claims that ISIS has threatened to release the huge wave of migrants to cause chaos in Europe if they are attacked.” Second bullet point: <\/line>“And letters from jihadists show plans to hide terrorists among refugees.” Third bullet point: “In 2011, Muammar Khadafy ominously predicted war would come to Libya.” Fourth bullet point: “He was deposed in a violent coup and killed in October of the same year,” and Hillary was running around bragging about doing it!<\/line><\/p>\n

And whatever you might think of Khadafy — and I knew some women, by the way, back in the \u201970s who thought he was hot. I\u2019m not kidding. I was in Kansas City. I remember Thanksgiving dinner at a friend\u2019s house, and Khadafy was in the news for some reason. It would have been… Well, it would have had to have been between 1977 and 1980. It would have had to have been those three years, and I remember the women at this party was thinking that Khadafy was hot!<\/p>\n

I was just perplexed. (interruption) No, it wasn\u2019t the long curly hair. The scarred, acne, pineapple-look face is what it was. It was the no-nonsense, not-going-to-take-any-guff face. Boy, that\u2019s out the window. If you\u2019re that kind of guy today, they charge you with rape just for walking on campus. Anyway, “Islamic State executed 21 Egyptian Christians on Libyan beach this week.” This is back in February. <\/p>\n

“Crisis in Libya has led to surge in number of migrants heading for Europe.” The point is that this was all foretold. ISIS told everybody what they were going way back in February, and here it is happening. The New York Times: “Obama Directs Administration to Accept 10,000 Syrian Refugees<\/a>.” Let\u2019s remember that every one of these refugees can then turn around and bring in their relatives, kind of like anchor refugees. “President Obama…”<\/p>\n

This is just from yesterday. “President Obama, under increasing pressure to demonstrate that the United States is joining European nations in the effort to resettle Syrian refugees, has told his administration to take in at least 10,000 displaced Syrians over the next year.” At a briefing at La Casa Blanco on Thursday, press secretary Josh Earnest said the United States would “accept at least 10,000 Syrian refugees in the next fiscal year,” which begins October 1st.<\/p>\n

Earlier, “Secretary of State John Kerry said at a closed-door meeting on Capitol Hill that the total number of refugees taken in by the United States could rise to more than 100,000, from the current figure of 70,000.” It\u2019s not 10,000. That\u2019s in addition to the numbers they\u2019ve already requested be brought in. And John Kerry is explaining here that the number could be 100,000, not ten. <\/line><\/p>\n

“State Department officials said that not all of the additional 30,000 would be Syrians, but many would be.” That\u2019s not the question. How many of them are going to be terrorists? We now know that ISIS has assured us, they have promised, they are going to camouflage and hide terrorists among the migrants. These are not irresponsible questions to ask. <\/p>\n

And, again, I remind you, any one of these refugees can then turn around and request that their families be brought in. So you can multiply these numbers by three, four, maybe. But the press secretary, “Mr. Earnest said members of Congress ‘misunderstood\u2019 Mr. Kerry when he said the number of refugees could rise to as high as 100,000 next year.”<\/p>\n

Sure, they misunderstood. Sure they did. <\/p>\n

“Mr. Earnest emphasized that the administration had no intention of relaxing the significant and lengthy criminal and terrorist background vetting procedures demanded of refugee applicants, an expensive process that can take 18 to 24 months to complete.” Really?<\/p>\n

None of these people are going to be vetted. That\u2019s the whole point. Where are we going to put them while we\u2019re vetting them? Back down at club Gitmo? Where are we going to put 10,000 — 18 to 24 months to vet them? Where are we going to put them? Sanctuary cities? <\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the next story from Breitbart: “Homeland Security Chair: ‘We Don\u2019t Have\u2019 ‘Sufficient\u2019 Intelligence to Vet Syrian Refugees<\/a>.” This is from yesterday too. So here\u2019s John Kerry and Josh Earnest, “No, no, it\u2019s going to be closer to 100,000. But don\u2019t sweat it, there\u2019s an extensive vetting process. Eighteen to 24 months. And they\u2019re all going to be vetted before being allowed in.” Next story, Homeland Security, Michael McCaul, Congressman, Texas: We don\u2019t have sufficient intelligence to vet them. Meaning, we don\u2019t know who these people are. They give us a name, Saeed Abdul Sky Hook. Okay. So we don\u2019t know who this is. Abdul Saeed Sky Hook is not in our database. There is no way we can vet the guy. <\/p>\n

There isn\u2019t going to be any vetting anywhere. And then there\u2019s this companion story from Breitbart: “More Than 90 Percent of Middle Eastern Refugees on Food Stamps<\/a>.” Well, of course. “More than 90 percent of recent refugees from Middle Eastern nations are on food stamps and nearly 70 percent receive cash assistance, according to government data.<\/p>\n

According to Office of Refugee Resettlement –” Did you know we had one of those? Yeah. It\u2019s called the ORR. The Office of Refugee Resettlement. “In the fiscal year 2013, 91.4 percent of Middle Eastern refugees (accepted to the U.S. between 2008-2013) received food stamps, 73.1 percent were on Medicaid or Refugee Medical Assistance and 68.3 percent were on cash welfare.”<\/p>\n

I\u2019m kind of surprised only 90 percent because, I mean, refugees, if that\u2019s really what they are, if that\u2019s the official classification, are immediately offered a full panoply of welfare benefits the minute they arrive. No questions asked. That\u2019s because of our humanitarian nature and tendencies and our policies. Now, how the Office of Refugee Resettlement defines refugees will be helpful to know. So here it is. “The ORR defines refugees and asylees from the ‘Middle East\u2019 as being from Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, [Welfarestan], Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, and Yemen.” Welfarestan. Yes, it\u2019s well-known. It\u2019s right there next to Kurdistan. You can\u2019t miss it.<\/p>\n
