I appreciate that.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Yeah, well, I loved the Bush family, especially with Barbara, and I think G.W. was the best governor Texas has had a long time. And I think he was one of the best presidents. But the last seven or eight years has been terrible. And I think a couple things need to be pointed out by the Republican that\u2019s running, and &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Well, who are you for now, Clem? If you liked the Bushes, who are you for now?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Donald Trump. I think he\u2019s the only hope this country\u2019s got.<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_118887\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cruz-Trump-zx.jpg\" align=\"middle\" \/><br \/>\nRUSH: Wait a second. Are you voting&#8230;? You\u2019re from Texas and you\u2019re not for Cruz?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: No. I\u2019m not for Cruz, and you shouldn\u2019t be either.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Oh, come on! This&#8230; Are you&#8230;?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: No. I wouldn\u2019t vote for Cruz or ex-Governor Perry for dogcatcher, and I voted for \u2019em before.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: What in the world&#8230;?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Iowa.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: What do you not like about Cruz?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Ever since his dirty tricks and lies out of Iowa and all the way up, and he\u2019s still telling \u2019em every day.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: What dirty tricks and lies?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I can\u2019t believe you asked me. He told lies on Ben Carson to steal some of his votes, delegates.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: (groans)<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: You know, a lie is a lie. When you catch someone in lies, no good the rest of the way. Finished with him. Never vote for him again. Voted for him before, never again.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Clem? Clem, he didn\u2019t steal any Ben Carson votes. He didn\u2019t lie about any of that.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (garbled)<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Marco Rubio did the same thing! Rubio did the exact same thing.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Yeah, he\u2019s a liar, too. Ain\u2019t gonna vote for him for nothing, neither. Of course, I don\u2019t live in Florida.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: That whole thing is traceable to a CNN story. What did he lie about? Forget Ben Carson. What\u2019s he lying about? Cruz.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (silence) Cruz?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Yeah, what\u2019s he lying about?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: (silence) What\u2019s he told on Trump?<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: What do you mean, &#8220;What\u2019s he told on Trump?&#8221; You mean things he said about Trump?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=4275\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img id=\"eZObject_118891\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/CruzTrust-Ted-Carson-Rubio-Palin-Trump-CNN.jpg\" align=\"middle\" \/><\/a>CALLER: Yeah. Anything he said about Trump &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Everything he\u2019s said?<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: &#8212; borderlines on lines or dirty tricks that don\u2019t mean anything.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: This is Donald Trump language.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: You know it.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: This is Donald Trump language. It\u2019s Donald Trump that\u2019s calling him a liar &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: He is.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: &#8212; and a vote stealer and all that.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: Yeah, he is.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: He\u2019s not! He\u2019s one of the most honorable guys in politics!<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: No, he\u2019s not.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Ted Cruz is not a liar!<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: I voted for him last time, but he\u2019s not gonna fool me anymore. He\u2019s a liar.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: (sigh) Come on.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER: One lie, and I\u2019m finished with anybody &#8212; and he is a liar.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Clem. Clem. You\u2019re just&#8230; You\u2019re just echoing what Trump is saying here. He\u2019s not a nasty guy. He\u2019s one of the most honorable people in politics that so far has not been corrupted by it. That Ben Carson thing, that\u2019s so&#8230; Everybody\u2019s acting like babies in that Ben Carson thing. That\u2019s chump change what happened there, <a href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=4275\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">and it\u2019s directly traceable to a CNN News story in the first place!<\/a> I\u2019m out of time here, but this is unfortunate.<\/p>\n<p>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Clem, he didn\u2019t steal no votes, my man. Ben Carson didn\u2019t lose any votes.
