Like, if you want people to think that you are not a liar, don\u2019t lie all the time. Like, make an effort to not lie. Maybe even most of the time tell the truth. Maybe even the preponderance of the time. NBC Nightly News has been caught deceptively editing the Columbus shooting video and 911 call. You will remember, I believe it was last week. I believe it was CBS News that got caught with a deceptive edit of the lead-up to the tragic killing of Daunte Wright, shooting, who had a gun. He was also called &#8216;Lil Homicide, which was in fact part of the story, or should have been.<\/p>\n<p>So when you do this, you lose credibility. But there\u2019s something else I want us to understand, because as we attempt to get our country back, we are also working with people traumatized. Obviously, people who witness shootings and cops who are forced to decide whether to take a life to save a life. That\u2019s a trauma that we can pray we never go through and pray for the people who have been through that.<\/p>\n<p>In the United States, people who turn to the mockingbird media members for their news are traumatized people. They\u2019re traumatized about the covid flu, about the global warming. They\u2019re traumatized by race relations. They\u2019re traumatized and they\u2019re lied to &#8212; sometimes suggestively, sometimes obviously, but always, it\u2019s like a hurricane of this stuff.<\/p>\n<p>We have this program. We have conservative media outside of this program. We have RushLimbaugh.com. We have all these tools. We have our own intelligence guided by experience. Some people don\u2019t. They just have the mockingbirds. So they\u2019ve been caught deceptively editing the 911 call and the video. Hey &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: &#8212; over here trying to fight us, trying to stab us, trying to put their hands on our grandma! Get here now!<\/p>\n<p>(unintelligible arguing)<\/p>\n<p>DISPATCHER: Any weapons?<\/p>\n<p>(unintelligible arguing)<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: (bleep) (bleep) Grandma! (bleep)<\/p>\n<p>TODD: You can hear in the background the police car arriving. Here is what NBC played.<\/p>\n<p>WOMAN: We need a police officer here now!<\/p>\n<p>TODD: That\u2019s what the victims of NBC heard. Now, they also apparently deceptively edited the video, and I remind you &#8212; we talked about this yesterday on the program &#8212; the police officer, when he arrived, he had three seconds. Three&#8230; two&#8230; one. He was trying to break up a fight to deescalate.<\/p>\n<p>He had to jump up. He had to assess that one girl was about to stick a knife in the gut of another girl; then he had to aim and shoot at the girl who at that point was in a disordered emotional state, it seemed, trying to kill somebody. Three&#8230;two&#8230;one, and NBC played all of two seconds of the video. So now you know (chuckles) you are in trouble when even Fredo Cuomo and Don Lemon agree that NBC was wrong.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-394022\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/APP-20201-042321-Bryant-CNN-Columbus.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/APP-20201-042321-Bryant-CNN-Columbus.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/APP-20201-042321-Bryant-CNN-Columbus-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/APP-20201-042321-Bryant-CNN-Columbus-480x270.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>FREDO: I heard some people were reporting on the incident without showing the knife.<\/p>\n<p>LEMON: Yeah, you gotta&#8230; You gotta show all of it.<\/p>\n<p>CUOMO: That is malpractice.<\/p>\n<p>LEMON: Yeah, and again &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>CUOMO: That\u2019s lookin\u2019 for trouble.<\/p>\n<p>LEMON: It\u2019s tough.<\/p>\n<p>CUOMO: &#8212; and that\u2019s wrong.<\/p>\n<p>TODD: Yeah, it\u2019s almost like hiding &#8212; oh, I don\u2019t know &#8212; the Hunter Biden story for &#8212; oh, I don\u2019t know &#8212; a couple years, or pretending hydroxychloroquine will kill one, or hiding the research that woke masks don\u2019t work and that lockdowns are ineffective, and all those sort of, you know, little details that you leave out of your story. But even now, they\u2019re calling out NBC. Let\u2019s go to Imagineville. Can you imagine what the mockingbird media would have been able to hide and lie about without <a href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/daily\/2012\/04\/02\/shocker_nbc_news_doctors_a_tape\/\">Rush exposing them as he does right here?<\/a><\/p>\n<p>RUSH: I literally am sitting here shocked and stunned. (interruption) No, this is not the first time! They blew up a truck. Remember back on one of those shows like Dateline, it was GM truck and they rigged it to blow up as though it would do so naturally. They rigged the thing to blow up. By doctoring a tape, they actually left a couple sentences out of the 911 call from George Zimmerman to make it look like the only thing on his mind was race, when it wasn\u2019t.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-382607\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ZZ-APP-Rush-MEDIA-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ZZ-APP-Rush-MEDIA-4.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ZZ-APP-Rush-MEDIA-4-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ZZ-APP-Rush-MEDIA-4-480x270.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>We got the audio sound bites to prove it. This is typical. I expect NBC, after their investigation, to stand by this thing. You know what they\u2019re gonna say? &#8220;Well, Zimmerman said it.&#8221; They didn\u2019t put anything in that Zimmerman didn\u2019t say. They just left out a bunch of stuff he did say, and they left out a question he was asked. But they\u2019ll say, &#8220;He said it&#8221; Race is a template in the media.<\/p>\n<p>Remember, this is the race business. It doesn\u2019t matter if the percentages are 1% of black people murdered are murdered by whites, that\u2019s enough to propel the race industry, and they\u2019re gonna focus on it, and they\u2019re gonna say it\u2019s, &#8220;Race, race, race.&#8221; And so you\u2019ve got somebody steeped in media traditions at NBC, and that template is almost branded in their brain. It\u2019s almost embellished.<\/p>\n<p>And so if they\u2019re reading a transcript and they see that they can assemble the various elements of the conversation in a way that confirms what they believe going in, they\u2019ll do it. And they think they\u2019re performing a service. They don\u2019t think they\u2019ve doctored anything. They think they\u2019re helping everybody understand what\u2019s really going on here, what really happened.<\/p>\n<p>And they\u2019re cutting away all of the irrelevant fat from the story, getting right to the meat and potatoes. That\u2019s what this guy thinks he\u2019s doing. There may be an element of somebody knowingly falsifying this and trying to get away with it. My point to you is that this is so &#8220;indelled&#8221; in their brains that they don\u2019t think there\u2019s anything wrong with doctoring the tape. Remember, getting to the truth &#8212; as they see it, and as it\u2019s been explained to them, and as they\u2019ve been taught &#8212; is all that matters. Anyway, we\u2019ll play the two segments of the tape to show you what happened, let you hear it.<\/p>\n<p>This is a tape of George Zimmerman\u2019s 911 call.<\/p>\n<p>ZIMMERMAN: This guy looks like he\u2019s up to no good, or he\u2019s on drugs or something. It\u2019s raining, and he\u2019s just walking around looking about.<\/p>\n<p>DISPATCHER: Okay. This guy, is he white, black, or Hispanic?<\/p>\n<p>ZIMMERMAN: He looks black.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: George Zimmerman. &#8220;This guy looks like he\u2019s up to no good, on drugs or something. It\u2019s raining, he\u2019s walking around looking about.&#8221; Dispatcher: &#8220;Okay, is he white, black, or Hispanic?&#8221; Zimmerman: &#8220;He looks black.&#8221; Here\u2019s how it aired on NBC.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/daily\/2012\/04\/02\/shocker_nbc_news_doctors_a_tape\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-394043\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/ZimmermanArticle.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"585\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/ZimmermanArticle.jpg 585w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/ZimmermanArticle-300x103.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.rushlimbaugh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/ZimmermanArticle-480x164.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 585px) 100vw, 585px\" \/><\/a>ZIMMERMAN: This guy looks like he\u2019s up to no good. He looks black!<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: A 100% distortion, a 100% recreation of what happened. In order to put together that sound bite that you just heard they had to knowingly and willingly edit the question of the dispatcher and then they had to edit Zimmerman saying, &#8220;He looks black,&#8221; right after he says, &#8220;He looks like he\u2019s up to no good.&#8221; But Zimmerman wasn\u2019t through when he said this guy &#8220;looks like he\u2019s up to no good.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s where NBC stopped it. Zimmerman kept on. After he said, &#8220;This guy looks like he\u2019s up to no good, or he\u2019s on drugs or something. It\u2019s raining, and he\u2019s walking around looking about.&#8221; NBC takes that out. They took the dispatcher question out, and they added on Zimmerman saying, &#8220;He looks black.&#8221; What is there to investigate here? Anybody with two ears and an IQ of 50 knows what happened here.<\/p>\n<p>Is the investigation of who did it, or are they investigating if it\u2019s wrong? What are they investigating at NBC? They\u2019re investigating how they can get out of this. They are investigating how they can come up with a plausible explanation for this. That\u2019s what NBC is doing. Listen to them again. This is what actually happened.<\/p>\n<p>ZIMMERMAN: This guy looks like he\u2019s up to no good, or he\u2019s on drugs or something. It\u2019s raining, and he\u2019s just walking around looking about.<\/p>\n<p>DISPATCHER: Okay. This guy, is he white, black, or Hispanic?<\/p>\n<p>ZIMMERMAN: He looks black.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: This is what NBC aired last Tuesday on the Today Show.<\/p>\n<p>ZIMMERMAN: This guy looks like he\u2019s up to no good. He looks black!<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Folks, this is outrageous, absolutely outrageous. This is one of the most glaring, obvious, egregious examples of racial bias and hatred. And, yes, it is hatred at NBC that led to this. There is no compassion here. There\u2019s no open-minded here. There\u2019s no tolerance here. Why didn\u2019t the 911 dispatcher ask if he was a &#8220;white Hispanic&#8221;? Isn\u2019t that a standard category now?<\/p>\n<p>The dispatcher said, &#8220;Is he white, black or Hispanic?&#8221; I didn\u2019t hear him say, &#8220;Is he white, black, or &#8216;white Hispanic\u2019?&#8221; The New York Times added that for us, into the lexicon, and NBC on their Dateline show or whatever their 60 Minutes copycat show was blew up that truck. They were trying to show that if you bought and drove this particular truck, &#8220;Beware, it could blow up on you,&#8221; and they had a demonstration of how this just randomly happens, and they ran the demonstration.<\/p>\n<p>It was later learned that they\u2019d rigged explosives in the truck!<\/p>\n<p>TODD: It\u2019s just a thing. If you don\u2019t want people to think you\u2019re liars, don\u2019t lie all the time &#8212; and also this. Please let\u2019s remember this in our hearts.
