TODD: This actually comes from Candace Owens, who sort of explained it this way, that the mockingbird media and the left, they want to cancel and say that they want black Americans so angry that they\u2019ll just go out and tear things down for them. If you don\u2019t know, Candace happens to be black woman and a conservative woman and perhaps one of the most important conservative young people, I think, in the country.<\/p>\n

If you were to design people who were willing to do that for you, for your political movement, for Nancy Pelosi… Nancy Pelosi yesterday thanked George Floyd for dying for her! What would you…? What state of mind would you want them to be in? Because victims of CNN and the Democrats and the mockingbird media, they suffer from the same syndrome as people who, you know, they get told, “Press any key to continue,” and they stare at the keyboard, “Where\u2019s the ‘any\u2019 key?” They know only what they\u2019re shown by these leftists, and that\u2019s especially obvious when Antifa and BLM protesters speak out.<\/p>\n

PROTESTER: It\u2019s hard to say, because (pause) the problem is we have a white supremacy problem in this country, and it was written into the Constitution. And until that Constitution is changed, it\u2019s hard to say where we\u2019re — where we\u2019re headed. It\u2019s hard to feel like there\u2019s gonna be justice in this country ever for people of color. We\u2019re standing on stolen land right now.<\/p>\n

\"\"TODD: Okay, and no one standing on that land is offering to give it back to the Native Americans, including you. Secondly, if you want this talk about the three fifth compromise in the Constitution, certainly. Black people are obviously fully people, right? Full souls, full human. And that was a process of ending slavery which, by the way, has been changed. So he that doesn\u2019t even makes sense. So how could we expect victims of CNN and the left to understand the Constitution when leftist bosses don\u2019t respect it?<\/p>\n

RUSH: The left, the leftists, communist, socialists, whatever. The Democrats are just a faction of it, and they no longer respect the authority of the Constitution. The only authority that they respect is their power, and therefore there is no such thing as bipartisanship with them. And this is the mistake that I hear Republicans continuing to make even now on campaign trails. They don\u2019t want compromise! They don\u2019t respect us. We are not legitimate.<\/p>\n

We are enemies. We are as big an enemy as any other enemy they have. Their objective is total rule over the United States, not sharing power one election to the next. They do not respect the authority of elections. They don\u2019t respect the authority of the Constitution. The Constitution is what every elected official swears an oath to. The reason for that is the Constitution is the glue.<\/p>\n
