In typical Axios format, the reporter then has to tell his millennial readers “why it matters.”<\/p>\nRUSH: Axios writer Felix Salmon reports that trust in the Drive-By-Media has reached a low point in America, it\u2019s so low that he says it\u2019s at a “crisis” state. He reports that for the first time ever, fewer than half of all Americans trust the “traditional media,” meaning the Drive-Bys.<\/p>\n
Almost 60 percent of Americans believe that most “traditional” news outlets are more concerned with an ideology or political position than they are reporting the news. Almost the same percentage think that the Drive-By-Media journalists are willing to tell gross exaggerations, and to report things they know are false, i.e. fake news.<\/p>\n

Felix Salmon, maybe it\u2019s pronounced Salmon, who knows, says this matters because “faith in society\u2019s central institutions, especially in government and media, is the glue that holds society together.” That glue, he says, is “visibly dissolving,” and for many millions of Americans, it has disappeared completely.<\/p>\n
Salmon doesn\u2019t understand that the reason 60 percent of Americans have no faith in the media or in his precious government institutions is because they\u2019re smart! They know the Drive-Bys and the Deep-State government are run by dishonest, corrupt, vicious leftists. And for the last four years, they\u2019ve seen those liberals totally deranged with hatred for Trump and everyone who supports him.
