RUSH: The next 10 days are crucial, ladies and gentlemen. Do not get mad at me here. I\u2019m just… You could disagree with me all you want. You may think that I\u2019m not right about this, and you might want to say, “What do you know? You haven\u2019t even been here in a week and a half. What do you know?”<\/p>\n

If you want to say that to me, have at it. But I\u2019m thinking Trump needs… The Trump team needs nonstop bombshells if they\u2019re gonna go to the next level. There has to be a next level, and I hearken back…. I got a note from Rudy. I should share this with you. I got a note from Rudy. Rudy said, “You know, you really deflated us that day.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I said, “Oh, no. I didn\u2019t want to deflate you.” “You did, when you said that we had to come up with some bombshells.” I said, “Well, Rudy, I just looked at the press conference is all I did, and you made it look like you had a whole bunch of them lying in wait. For that press conference, you and Sidney…”<\/p>\n

Primarily, it was Sidney. “By the time you guys got through, I was thinking, ‘Here comes the proof!\u2019 I was all jazzed. I was thinking, ‘This is it. They\u2019ve got it,\u2019 and then there wasn\u2019t it, and that\u2019s a little deflating to me too. I wasn\u2019t trying to deflate you guys and I wasn\u2019t trying to depress you. I was just saying, this is how I saw it,” and I\u2019m probably not the only one who saw it that way.<\/p>\n

I mean, the things that were said in that press conference about the fraud and the proof of it and how deeply it went and how much of it there was, I fully expected somebody to join that press conference with the evidence. Somebody involved in it. That didn\u2019t happen. So that\u2019s why, I was expecting bombshells, and I didn\u2019t get any bombshells.<\/p>\n

And when I didn\u2019t get any bombshells, that\u2019s when Rudy sends the note. “That was very deflating especially from you.” I\u2019m sorry. I wasn\u2019t trying to deflate anybody. I\u2019m just sharing with everybody my reaction to it. But I\u2019m back to bombshells, because we got 10 days now. Other than Georgia, we\u2019ve got 10 days, and Trump and his team need nonstop bombshells if we\u2019re gonna move this to the next level.<\/p>\n

Remember, this is now a public-opinion issue. It\u2019s gonna need that as well as everything that they\u2019re doing or trying to do in court, \u2019cause I tell you what I fear — and, Mr. Snerdley, you tell me if you disagree with this. No, honestly. I think that they\u2019ve got… I\u2019ve gotta be very careful how I say this. There\u2019s a lot of people that really believe that all this fraud happened, and they\u2019re probably right.<\/p>\n

If nothing\u2019s done about it, there\u2019s gonna be disappointment. There might even… I think Trump may even risk a backlash among some swing supporters, \u2019cause, look, everybody\u2019s being revved up for this. Now, I know Trump, at a recent White House holiday party, was saying things that made it sound like he\u2019s (sigh) uhhhh, resigned to having lost and conceded.<\/p>\n

He hasn\u2019t said it, but the way he was speaking it, you wouldn\u2019t be wrong if that\u2019s your interpretation. All of this leads us to Georgia. Georgia is in 30 days, the runoff elections. There\u2019s a huge electoral mess going on in Georgia, which is what we led the program with. There is massive division on our side about what to do in Georgia.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Lin Wood is suggesting that conservatives not vote until these two senators acknowledge the fraud, get on the page with the fraud, join the effort to prove the fraud, because we don\u2019t want senators — we don\u2019t want Republicans elected — who are not going to advance the cause of election dignity, constitutional dignity, and he\u2019s dead serious about it.<\/p>\n

But if that happens — if we lose Georgia, if we lose these two Senate seats (sigh) — folks, the filibuster is dead. The Supreme Court will be packed, and we will forever — well, “forever,” I mean, for the foreseeable future — lose it. Make no mistake, the Democrats will get rid of the Electoral College. Bye-bye. Bye-bye Electoral College. It\u2019ll be a pure popular vote election, and that means they never lose.<\/p>\n

As long as they hold New York and California and Michigan and the other states, they never lose, and if they proceed in the direction they\u2019re going toward winning Texas. But they want the Electoral College gone. They don\u2019t like it. It is a direct affront to communist and socialist thinking, and they will wipe it out. We are headed for unconstitutional ways of admitting new states to the union for the purposes of getting new left-wing senators.<\/p>\n

So we make Washington, D.C., a state. We make Puerto Rico a state. Those two places get two senators each. So four brand-new Democrats piled on top of the number of Democrats that are already there, combined with packing the court. Then these people… Once all of that happens, then you watch how rapidly they make a move on the First and Second Amendments.<\/p>\n

You know, they\u2019ve already made substantial progress on the First Amendment just in terms of religious freedom and association? You\u2019ve got these governors out there saying, “You\u2019ve gotta cancel Christmas now and you can\u2019t go to church. You can\u2019t go to funerals. You can\u2019t go to any of this stuff here. You can riot, you can protest, you can loot…”<\/p>\n

I\u2019m not making it up. You can do all that, but you can\u2019t go to church! They\u2019re already making direct moves on the First Amendment. The Second Amendment with the guns? You wait, folks. It\u2019s only gonna be a matter of time. That\u2019s what\u2019s at stake if we lose Georgia; so Trump has to fight for honest voting. He has to assure his base that he is not rolling over.<\/p>\n

He has to hope that more of these fraud stories increase in the next 10 days. But at the same time, he can\u2019t run the risk of blowing up the system of honoring electors without overwhelming proof, while convincing Sidney Powell and Lin Wood not to destroy the last chance to save the Constitution in Georgia, \u2019cause that\u2019s really what\u2019s at stake.<\/p>\n

I saw that, you know, urging Republicans not to vote for these two. I said, “I don\u2019t understand. What in the world is this?” Then I heard the explanation, and I said, “That\u2019s a little too purist for what\u2019s called for now.” I think if Trump fights nobly — and he knows how to do that. What happens if these bombshells…? You know, there need to be these bombshells.<\/p>\n

There need to be bombshells to move public opinion. I mean, we\u2019re hearing about all the bombshells. We\u2019re hearing about the suitcase video and all this other stuff.<\/a> That stuff has to somehow find its way into the public domain, because we\u2019ve got to stop the certification of the election on December 14th. That\u2019s the date, ten days from now. That has to be stopped.<\/p>\n

If it\u2019s not stopped, then what? Trump\u2019s at a crossroads? Win the election, save our system, lead a MAGA army of the aggrieved to take the House in 2022, the White House in 2024? Here\u2019s the sad thing: So far, no one in the Trump movement… It\u2019s not that. So far, no one in the Republican Party.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t want to call the Republican Party the Trump movement, \u2019cause they\u2019re not. But that\u2019s my point. They haven\u2019t shown his defiance of the swamp and his ability to fight under great odds. He\u2019s actually still in this alone, and his legacy and future hinge on walking through these minefields of the next 30 days — and it is a minefield.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Kelly in Florence, Montana — great to have you. You\u2019re next. Hi.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Thank you very much, Rush. 31 years, buddy, and I finally got through to you. Awesome! My point is something that you\u2019ve already mentioned on the program today, but I have an addendum on the Constitution at the end of it. I can\u2019t tell you how crazy it makes me when I hear people like Barr and Graham say, “Well, we need to see evidence, more evidence.”<\/p>\n

I\u2019m just screaming and thinking to myself, “What more do you need? You have circumstantial, you have direct, you have physical evidence, examples, physical evidence the video in Georgia that\u2019s now popular.” So you look at that, and you see what is going on. It gives great credence to what McInerney and Flynn have said about declaring martial law.<\/p>\n

When five of the key states stop counting at the same time, it\u2019s not coincidence. It\u2019s a coordinated attack. This whole thing, it\u2019s not fraud. It\u2019s an attack on our Constitution and our way of life — and as far as if we get the majority in the Senate and the House, it doesn\u2019t matter, because if this is allowed to stand, then, you know, it\u2019s just a matter of time before the treasonous, fraudulent machine gets rid of the Republicans that are in there, the conservatives.<\/p>\n

\"\"So… As far as, you know, in the Constitution, I served for five years in the military. I have two children that serves in the Marines, and I still have a son-in-law who\u2019s a career Marine. So the Constitution… When we swore an oath to that Constitution, it didn\u2019t end with our term of enlistment.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah. I know. That\u2019s absolutely right. This is why… You may get mad at me. This is why I\u2019ve kept emphasizing today that they\u2019re gonna have to overwhelm people with bombshells, \u2019cause if the media\u2019s gonna say, “You got nothing,” if swamp Republicans are gonna say, “I haven\u2019t seen enough…” Did you mean Lindsey Graham and Bill Barr? Is that what you were talking about?<\/p>\n

CALLER: (silence)<\/p>\n

RUSH: I guess he\u2019s gone. Is it Lindsey Graham hwo has been saying he needs to see more? (interruption) Okay. Well, he said Graham and Barr, and I don\u2019t know which Graham he\u2019s talking about. The point is, if there are swamp Republicans or anybody else saying, “I haven\u2019t seen enough,” you better show it to \u2019em. “But, Rush! But, Rush! Whatever they\u2019re shown that\u2019s what they\u2019re gonna say.”<\/p>\n
