CALLER: Hello, Rush. Mega dittos, mega prayers, and quick shout-out to your books<\/a>. I read Brave Pilgrims to my daughter when she was 8 and she read the others on her own, and she\u2019s a big student of history now. So, thank you for that.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, thank you. We profoundly appreciate that very much.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Sir, my question is this. I mean, I watched the news conference yesterday. I\u2019ve heard the commentary from you and others, and it seems so blatantly obvious that there was fraud. Why is it so difficult for those on our side to prove it? Why is it so difficult for it to see the light of day? I just… It\u2019s so frustrating.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, as I understand it, the ultimate proof is going to have to be to the satisfaction of a court within a lawsuit-type circumstance. Therefore, the court of public opinion doesn\u2019t matter. Are you asking, “Why are they not showing everybody at these press conferences<\/a> the precise evidence they\u2019ve got so that the American people can see it, get outraged and angry, and have all that energy used to assist the effort?”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

CALLER: Not necessarily. I mean, I understand it\u2019s an opening statement, all of that. But when they say that 200%, 300% voted in a district, why is that not in the headlines? I mean, that just seems obvious to me.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, wait. You\u2019re asking why what they\u2019re saying is not being reported and covered.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, no. Yes, sir. I get that. I know why it\u2019s not being reported and covered. But if 200% people vote in a district, why is that not obviously fraud?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, because there\u2019s a whole contingency out there that doesn\u2019t want it to be. They don\u2019t want it to be seen as fraud, known as fraud. Rudy and his bunch, they are saying that. They\u2019re reporting that. They\u2019re talking about the number of registered voters versus the number of people that voted. They\u2019re giving the numbers of the dead who voted in various places.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re going state by state, in some cases city by city, and they\u2019re giving some evidence, some examples of the stuff that they have found, but they can\u2019t give away everything they\u2019ve got because they\u2019ve got to save it for court. The ultimate success of this is gonna be in a courtroom somewhere —<\/p>\n

CALLER: That\u2019s right.<\/p>\n

RUSH: — and so they\u2019ve gotta keep their powder dry when it comes to all that, and that\u2019s why they keep saying it\u2019s going to take time, because they have to amass all the evidence. It\u2019s a challenging thing, I know. I\u2019m like you. I want to see it. Sidney Powell says there\u2019s a fire hose — the evidence here is so much, it\u2019s like a fire hose. Well, okay, then let\u2019s show it to people who don\u2019t believe it and let them deal with it, like people in the media or others who think there\u2019s nothing to see here.<\/p>\n

But I think what they\u2019re telling you is that exactly what you want is the case. They\u2019re trying to tell you they are finding the exact evidence that you want to hear. They\u2019re giving you little bits and pieces and morsels of it. This will be a good time… Grab sound bite number 2, 3, 4, have them standing by. There were some fireworks between Tucker Carlson of the Fox News Channel and Sidney Powell.<\/p>\n

Carlson invited her on to explain all this evidence. He invited her to come on the show, gave her the entire hour, and she didn\u2019t accept the invitation because she had her objections. She “shot back at … Tucker Carlson the morning after he said she ‘got angry\u2019 and refused to provide evidence on his show for her claims of voting software flipping votes.<\/p>\n

“‘No, I didn\u2019t get angry with the request to provide evidence,\u2019 [she said]. ‘In fact, I sent an affidavit to Tucker that I had not even attached to a pleading yet to help him understand the situation, and I offered him another witness who could explain the mathematics and the statistical evidence far better than I can.<\/p>\n

“‘I\u2019m not really a numbers person,\u2019 she added. ‘But he was very insulting, demanding, and rude, and I told him not to contact me again, in those terms,\u2019 Powell concluded. Powell did not state whether it was Carlson or a member of his team she spoke to about appearing on his show. On his show Friday night, Carlson said that he had made ‘a lot of requests\u2019 for Powell to provide evidence for the Trump campaign\u2019s allegations of widespread voter fraud but was given ‘not a page'” of evidence.<\/p>\n

“‘We took Sidney Powell seriously. We had no intention of fighting with her. We\u2019ve always respected her work. We simply wanted to see the details. How could you not want to see them? So, we invited Sidney Powell on the show. We would\u2019ve given her the whole hour. We would\u2019ve given her the entire week, actually, and listened quietly the whole time at rapt attention.<\/p>\n

“‘That\u2019s a big story. But she never sent us any evidence, despite a lot of requests — polite requests. Not a page,\u2019 Carlson said. After Powell told Carlson to stop contacting her, he said that his team ‘checked with others around the Trump campaign…,\u2019 who said that ‘Powell had never given them any evidence either.'”<\/p>\n

So she is now shooting back at Carlson “after he said she ‘got angry\u2019 and refused to provide evidence on his show for her claims of voting software flipping votes.” So let\u2019s go to the audio sound bites. This is Sidney Powell this morning on the Fox Business Network, Mornings with Maria Bartiromo, who said, “Dominion is calling all of the allegations that you, Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis have made absurd. Your response?”<\/p>\n

POWELL: They created the system in Venezuela for Hugo Chavez to rig the elections and make sure he won. They\u2019ve sold that for that very purpose to other countries. And they brought it to this country for that very purpose, and they\u2019ve used it that way. We\u2019ve got evidence that shows it. We have firsthand testimony of witnesses who saw it happen, know how it was developed, know why it was developed, and saw it work to they\u2019ve its purposes, and many others. And we have irrefutable statistical and mathematical evidence.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Next — this is from this morning — Maria Bartiromo said to Sidney Powell, “Will you be able to prove this evidence that you say you have of this technology flipping votes from Trump to Biden? How will you prove that, Sidney?” Do you have it?<\/p>\n

POWELL: I\u2019m still getting information through a firehose. We can\u2019t even keep up with the witnesses that are calling in and wanting to give affidavits and provide evidence. So this is a very early in a stage of any case, aside from one of this massive magnitude that, frankly, should have investigated and stopped by our law enforcement community within a decade ago. We shouldn\u2019t be in this position, and here we are, a few — a handful of civil lawyers trying to do the work of a massive government institution in the biggest, worldwide corruption fraud ever exposed.<\/p>\n

BARTIROMO: You\u2019ll be able to prove that in court in the next two weeks?<\/p>\n

POWELL: Yes. I fully expect we\u2019ll be able to prove all of it in court within the next two weeks.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Now, Sidney Powell has a point here. But, it is what it is, and she making the point that essentially: Where\u2019s the DOJ? Where\u2019s the FBI? Where is the federal government protecting itself? Where is the federal government ensuring that its own institutions are protected and have integrity? Where\u2019s the FBI and the DOJ investigating Dominion? Why are we having to do it?<\/p>\n

She\u2019s essentially saying we\u2019re a handful of civil lawyers — we\u2019re civilian lawyers here. We have a client. Our client is Donald Trump. He\u2019s having the election stolen from him. He won it in a landslide. We\u2019re it. We\u2019re the only people he\u2019s got. We\u2019re trying to do the job that a federal agency would be required to do here. It\u2019s that massive. And that\u2019s what she\u2019s saying. And it\u2019s a good point.<\/p>\n

I know where she\u2019s coming from, folks. I know exactly where she\u2019s coming from. She\u2019s frustrated that the people with the equipment and with the size, with the ability, with the manpower to do this aren\u2019t doing it. They\u2019re nowhere to be found. They\u2019re nowhere on the ground.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll give you a little example. I worked at a radio station, first radio station I worked at. Little daytime radio station. I loved it. You couldn\u2019t keep me out of there. I mean, I found nirvana. And one day a gigantic tube in the broadcast transmitter failed, which meant the station couldn\u2019t go on the air. It was a Saturday. So I\u2019m saying, “Where\u2019s the replacement tube?”<\/p>\n

“Well, it\u2019s in St. Louis.”<\/p>\n

“When are we gonna go get?”<\/p>\n

“Well, the place doesn\u2019t open \u2019til Monday so then we\u2019ll go up and get it.”<\/p>\n

“Monday! Are you telling me the radio station will be off the air \u2019til Monday?” I\u2019m 16 years old. “The station is gonna be off the air \u2019til Monday? ”<\/p>\n

“Yeah.”<\/p>\n

“Are you kidding me?” I got in the car, I drove to St. Louis, I picked up the tube, I found a way to bill it to the radio station, came home, found an engineer to put it in. We\u2019re on the air in five hours. It took two hours to drive up there and an hour to put it in. Well, two hours up and back.<\/p>\n

So I kind of know how she feels. We\u2019re looking at being off the air for 18 hours because nobody wanted to bother to go get a tube. Now, the gigantic tube is probably two feet tall. This is 1960s. This is the epitome of analog electronics. I know how she feels. You got this massive agency, the FBI, related agencies in the DOJ. They\u2019re happy to do this because their heart is in it. She, Rudy, they\u2019re happy to do it. I don\u2019t know who\u2019s paying \u2019em. I don\u2019t know what they\u2019re being paid, but they\u2019re happy to do it.<\/p>\n

They believe in the Constitution. They believe in protecting the integrity and the dignity of the Constitution and of our electoral system, and if Trump had this thing pulled out from under him, they want it restored. But they\u2019ve got four or five people here, whatever staff members, four or five people here doing the job that an entire subagency of the FBI would be assigned to here, except it hasn\u2019t been. Why? Can you say deep state, folks? We\u2019re up against what we\u2019ve always been up against here.<\/p>\n

BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n

RUSH: Here\u2019s Sidney Powell with Maria Bartiromo this morning on the Fox Business Network. Question: “How do you respond to Tucker Carlson? Did you get angry with his show because they texted you and asked you to please provide evidence of what you are alleging?”<\/p>\n

POWELL: No, I didn\u2019t get angry with the request to provide evidence. In fact, I sent an affidavit to Tucker that I had not even attached to a pleading yet to help him understand the situation. But she never sent us any evidence, despite a lot of requests, polite requests. Not a page. When we kept pressing she got angry and told us to stop contacting her. So we checked with others around the Trump campaign, people in positions of authority, they told us Powell was never giving them any evidence either. Nor did she provide any today at the press conference.<\/p>\n
