CALLER: So my comment is about the 525 children still without their parents.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Do we know if that is an accurate number?<\/p>\n
CALLER: I don\u2019t know. But the thing is, I don\u2019t believe — if that\u2019s the right number, I don\u2019t think those children were actually brought over by their real parents.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Yeah.<\/p>\n
CALLER: I think those were some of the coyote kids that the president was talking about, because think about it. If you were a parent and your child was taken away at a border, would you not be calling that immigration organization if your kid was still missing?<\/p>\n
RUSH: I don\u2019t know.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I would. I wouldn\u2019t just leave the kid there. I just don\u2019t think those kids were — I bet they were coyote kids and their real parents don\u2019t know where they are, possibly, and can\u2019t find \u2019em.<\/p>\n
RUSH: I think you\u2019re right. I think that these — and you\u2019re basing this on the fact that there doesn\u2019t seem to be any evidence of adults or parents making noise about wanting their kids back.<\/p>\n
CALLER: Exactly. They should be beating the door down.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Right, which might mean that the parents aren\u2019t even here. The parents are —<\/p>\n
CALLER: Right.<\/p>\n
RUSH: — back in the home country, El Salvador, Guatemala, or whatever, and that their objective was to get them here, get them out of Guatemala, get them out of El Salvador, pay the coyotes, whatever, get them here. And then hope and pray that the kids end up okay, try to make whatever arrangements you can, and then if you\u2019re a parent, maybe find a way to get up here later and join them, maybe having the kid set that up once they get old enough to know what they\u2019re doing. But I think you\u2019re right because if the parents were with these kids and they\u2019d actually been separated from them, they\u2019d be raising hell about now.<\/p>\n

And I\u2019m not even sure about — I think they might just be kidnapped kids \u2019cause I can\u2019t wrap my head around a parent selling their kid to a coyote on the hopes that they\u2019ll make it across the desert, they\u2019ll make it across the border. You know. I can\u2019t wrap my head around that much.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Well, you know, I know. But what you\u2019re doing is you are transposing your own values of parenthood onto people that you don\u2019t know.<\/p>\n
CALLER: I\u2019m just naive. I know that.<\/p>\n
RUSH: No, no, it\u2019s not naive. You\u2019re rolling the dice that human nature is human nature and that parents are parents and if they get separated from their kids, that they want to find them.<\/p>\n
CALLER: Yeah.<\/p>\n
RUSH: But you know as well as I do that there\u2019s all kinds of parents that drop their babies off at the fire department three days after they\u2019re born. There\u2019s all kinds of parents that don\u2019t want anything to do with their kids \u2019cause they can\u2019t afford them, they didn\u2019t want to have them in the first place. There\u2019s all kinds of depravity out there.<\/p>\n
CALLER: Well, Biden makes it sound like we\u2019re holding onto these kids and we don\u2019t want to send them back.<\/p>\n
RUSH: I know. Biden\u2019s trying to make it sound like Trump has put these kids in cages because we are mean, \u2019cause we don\u2019t like illegals, and we\u2019re racist, and we\u2019re pigs. I know what Biden\u2019s trying to do, and that\u2019s not flying. That\u2019s not gonna fly with anybody. They\u2019re not even our cages. They\u2019re Obama and Biden\u2019s cages.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I was watching the debate last night and following along on Townhall, and I\u2019m calling in regards to the woman who expressed the concern about the children who are still separated.<\/p>\n
