RUSH: Here\u2019s a short review of some of the egregious instances of gate rape going on at airports: A cancer surviving flight attendant was forced to remove her prosthetic breast; a woman whose pants the TSA\u2019s hands went down; a woman who was singled out because she was wearing a skirt; a cancer survivor who, due to an enhanced TSA pat-down, broke the seal on his urostomy bag and was left humiliated, in tears, and covered in his own urine; and a little boy randomly selected for an enhanced screening by the TSA. So the examples are legion, and they are numerous, and they\u2019re all over the place, and the number of terrorists caught by the TSA is at zero. They haven\u2019t snatched anybody. They haven\u2019t caught a single terrorist because they\u2019re a year behind on everything. <\/p>\n

BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n

RUSH: Eric, Columbia, South Carolina, nice to have you on the Rush Limbaugh program. Hi.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Rush, it\u2019s an honor. Mega Rush Baby dittos.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you, sir.<\/p>\n

CALLER: And it\u2019s great to speak with you.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you very much, sir.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Great. I just heard something this morning that I thought you\u2019d get a kick out of, and it\u2019s perfect example that entrepreneurism is still alive here in America.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I heard that now you can get these underpants where if you do do the screening, when the picture shows up on the screen, there is a fig leaf — kind of Adam and Eve-style — blocking your genital area. I thought that that was hilarious, and even though it probably will prompt you to get the full frisking after that, I thought you\u2019d get a kick out of that.<\/p>\n

RUSH: It\u2019s underwear with a picture of a fig leaf on it?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, yeah. I don\u2019t know what it\u2019s made out of, what would cause it to show up on the screen.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I guarantee you… Those underpants would guarantee you a pat down.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, exactly. I don\u2019t know if they make bras for women, but I all I heard was they were boxers like underpants for guys, so…<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Who knows? Maybe someone that you know can come up with the bra version.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, you\u2019re right about one thing: The entrepreneurial spirit. (laughing) There are people who\u2019ll try to capitalize financially on this. There\u2019s no question. <\/p>\n

CALLER: (chuckling)<\/p>\n

RUSH: You\u2019re absolutely right. Eric, thanks much for the call.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Thank you, sir.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I appreciate it. (interruption) What? (sigh) I don\u2019t know, but I guarantee you if you get one of these things with a fig leaf in your underwear you\u2019re just inviting it. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you very much, sir.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Thank you for taking my call.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You bet.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Rush, a big question: Who — who? — gave the TSA the power to make all these so-called laws and gave \u2019em unlimited authority to make us comply under penalty of prosecution if we don\u2019t comply? Who gave \u2019em that right? I just need to know. Who gave it to them?<\/p>\n

RUSH: I would assume that it\u2019s in the Patriot Act.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Very good.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Just assuming.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Okay.<\/p>\n

RUSH: And if it\u2019s not, they\u2019ve appointed it to themselves to have that power to do so — under the threat of terrorism, emergency, suspension of constitutional rights or what have you. What gives them the — not so much the right, but what convinces them they can get away with it is that very few people will object. That\u2019s where they\u2019re seeing that they\u2019re wrong. This may be a tipping point. I don\u2019t know. It keeps effervescing. This story does not die down. There are more and more examples of this happening every day. So we shall see. Who\u2019s next? Randy in –What is this? — Manns Choice, Pennsylvania. Manns Choice? Manns Choice, Pennsylvania? Where\u2019s that?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Manns Choice, Pennsylvania, is in South Central PA. And dittos from Manns Choice, Rush.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah. There\u2019s a reason behind the name of that town, Manns Choice?<\/p>\n

CALLER: About 200 years ago a man named Job Mann, M-a-n-n, selected it as his choice for a post office.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Ah.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Kind of interesting.<\/p>\n

RUSH: There it is. My question today, Rush —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Too bad the — <\/p>\n

CALLER: I\u2019m sorry.<\/p>\n

RUSH: — choice doesn\u2019t extend beyond the post office, but you take what you can get. What were you saying? (laughing)<\/p>\n

CALLER: My question today is, where are the men of America? Where are the member who are standing still while somebody searches their privates on their wives\u2019 body? Where are the men? Where is the father of the girl and the grandfather of the girl, the 16-year-old he was taking into a private room and a body cavity search was done to her?<\/p>\n

RUSH: They are being conditioned to life under the police state.<\/p>\n

CALLER: But, Rush, I\u2019m a man. You\u2019re a man. How would you allow this to happen to your wife? I\u2019m not gonna stand —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I\u2019m getting e-mail. Since you bring this up, I\u2019m routinely getting e-mails from guys who say they wouldn\u2019t put up with it, but I don\u2019t see anybody doing anything about it. <\/p>\n

CALLER: And that shocks me. That just shocks me. Where are the macho men?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Does it really shock you?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes!<\/p>\n

RUSH: I mean, you\u2019ve got these armed guards. They have unlimited power. They can throw you in jail at the snap of their fingers. People know it\u2019s a police state. Does it really shock you —<\/p>\n

CALLER: Absolutely, it does.<\/p>\n

RUSH: — that people are dealing with it by going to the media later rather than confronting the agents at the time?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I guess I\u2019m still trusting of the fact that America is a free place to live, and I absolutely am shocked by it, that men — real men — are gonna stand by and allow this to happen.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well… (sigh) Using your definition, there aren\u2019t any real men, because nobody\u2019s stopping it.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I guess you\u2019re right. I hate to admit that, but I guess you\u2019re right.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, but they\u2019re plenty livid about it. That\u2019s tough. That\u2019s a big blanket statement: Where are the men? Now, there\u2019s no denying that we\u2019ve been chickified in our culture. You claim that you would, if it was your kid? <\/p>\n

CALLER: Absolutely.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Regardless of punishment?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Absolutely. <\/p>\n

RUSH: What would you do?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I tell you, Rush, I stand six foot four and way 320 pounds.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Okay so you\u2019d hit \u2019em. What good would that do?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, Rush —<\/p>\n

RUSH: You\u2019d just have a bunch of them descend on you with billy=clubs and they\u2019d put the guns pointed at you.<\/p>\n

CALLER: How long do we stand by and allow these things to go on? Surely somewhere we have to take a stand. Surely somewhere.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, that is the question.<\/p>\n

CALLER: When do we take up arms in this country to save our country from — and I don\u2019t consider myself a radical, but when do we take up arms in this country to save ourselves from Obammer? This is just one of the spokes in the wheel of misfortune that\u2019s taken over this country, and we see it slowly sinking day after day after day.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You don\u2019t need to go to that extreme. Just call the ACLU.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Right.<\/p>\n

RUSH: (laughing) Just kidding. Just lighten the moment here. We just took a stand at the ballot box. We\u2019re gonna take another one in 2012. We took a stand over immigration. I think you\u2019re in the middle of one of these popular uprisings. You\u2019re in the middle of it and you\u2019re seeing it. It\u2019s not armed, but you are seeing it.<\/p>\n
