Here\u2019s Dave in Chicago. Dave, welcome to the Rush Limbaugh program. Great to have you here, sir.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, Rush, we\u2019re getting concerned out here. It\u2019s been a long time since we\u2019ve heard from Algore, and he kind of fell off the face of the earth. We\u2019re really concerned. What are the chances that we can get Paul Shanklin\u2019s Ring of Fire out there to maybe get him out of retirement?<\/p>\n

RUSH: You really want Algore to come out of retirement? What, for entertainment value?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, you know, maybe he\u2019s gotta pass through one of those body scanners. That would be a comical thing. But, I don\u2019t know, we\u2019re just concerned. And then also maybe dedicate it to Upton, who wants to be the head of the energy committee.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah. All right, fine. Well, you\u2019ve asked for it, you say it, we play it. The EIB Network Algore, by request. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Paul Shanklin and the vocal portrayal of Algore. That\u2019s a takeoff on Johnny Cash Ring of Fire. By the way, we checked here, Gore is hiding, ladies and gentlemen, from the investor in his climate exchange racket. Remember, the climate exchange was shut down in Chicago. The carbon trading exchange has been shut down. Now, Gore\u2019s last entry on his blog was November the 6th of this year. And that entry says: ‘2010 Has Been An ‘Exceptional Year.”<\/p>\n

Now, what is an exceptional year for Algore? Stop and think of this, now. That\u2019s his last entry: ‘2010 Has Been An ‘Exceptional Year\u2019 — More evidence of our changing planet: ‘Catastrophic floods in Pakistan, wildfires in Russia, hurricanes in Mexico: 2010 has so far been an ‘exceptional\u2019 year for weather disasters, German reinsurance giant Munich Re said Thursday.” That makes it an exceptional year. (interruption) Well, I don\u2019t know that him being single has anything to do with it. He says here it\u2019s been an exceptional year and then lists a bunch of disasters as a definition for an exceptional year. <\/p>\n

Now, there\u2019s a film out, it\u2019s a documentary film. I have seen this film. As a powerful, influential member of the media I got a DVD screener of this. Bjorn Lomborg has produced a film, it\u2019s called Cool It, and it opened last Friday, and it just skewers Algore and his global warming beliefs. Now, Bjorn Lomborg, he believes in global warming, don\u2019t misunderstand. He just thinks that people like Gore are just lunatic fringe off the charts, but Cool It is the name of that documentary. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
