RUSH: Cheryl in Mesa, Arizona, great to have you on the EIB Network. Hello.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hi. Thank you for taking my call.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yes, ma\u2019am.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Your words always lift my spirits and make me feel a lot more upbeat. My question is, do you think Soros will succeed in bringing the dollar down to zero and cause high inflation like one popular TV and radio host suggests? Will it cost $24 for a loaf of bread?<\/p>\n

RUSH: I figured on $50. I think bread\u2019s gonna go to $50 a loaf. Now is the time to get it, freeze it in large quantities and butter, too, you can\u2019t have bread without butter. How does that sound?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, not so reassuring.<\/p>\n

RUSH: It sounds kind of ridiculous, doesn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n

RUSH: All right. <\/p>\n

CALLER: Okay.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I don\u2019t doubt that George Soros is who he is, and I don\u2019t doubt that George Soros has succeeded in his wars on currency. He had a successful war on the British pound and I don\u2019t doubt that there are forces attempting to incur and cause great harm to this country.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hm-hm.<\/p>\n

RUSH: But the truth is we cannot store enough food to protect ourselves from what\u2019s coming. This is not the way to go about it. Do you have the money, Cheryl, to go out and buy a year\u2019s worth of anything and store it?<\/p>\n

CALLER: No, because I\u2019m in the insurance business and Obamacare has pretty much destroyed that.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Right. It\u2019s a justifiable fear, what happened in Germany, it took a wheelbarrow full of dollars to buy a loaf of bread.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hm-hm.<\/p>\n

RUSH: And I have no doubt that this country is despised, this country is hated. It always has been. The danger is that some people who look at it that way are now running it. That\u2019s what\u2019s new.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Right.<\/p>\n

RUSH: But I always fall on the side of the American people and their resilience. They\u2019re just not gonna sit around and take this. They\u2019re not bending over and grabbing the ankles and saying, ‘Spank me.\u2019 They\u2019re not gonna get to that point.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, you reassured me earlier in your show that he wouldn\u2019t be a second term president. That made me feel a lot better.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I\u2019m glad you brought that up. Here\u2019s what he actually said, it was back in January on ABC\u2019s World News Tonight. ‘I\u2019d rather be a really good one-term president than a mediocre two-term president.\u2019 That\u2019s the first signal to me that he\u2019s willing to lose if it means destroying the country, \u2019cause I said, ‘Why would he lose? What would cause him to be a one-termer?\u2019 Being rejected, right? What would make people reject him? They don\u2019t want his policies, right? He\u2019s willing to do that. He\u2019s willing to try to impose that which will get him defeated — look at the health care bill, Cheryl. One of the thinkings behind the health care bill, Obama says, ‘You want to repeal it? Come on, go for it.\u2019 What he\u2019s hoping is that enough of the benefits, enough of the wealth transfers, enough of the freebies, the supposed freebies will be implemented before the Republicans get around to repealing it, and when they try, people aren\u2019t gonna want to let go of the freebies that they\u2019re all of a sudden getting. It\u2019s gonna be like Republicans want to take your Social Security away, Republicans want to take your health care away. That\u2019s what Obama and the Democrats are figuring. This is insidious from the get-go. And 58% of the American people, latest Rasmussen poll, 58% favor repeal. Don\u2019t believe anybody in these exit polls from the election that say it\u2019s number four. It\u2019s not number four. Fifty-eight percent want health care repealed. They don\u2019t want any part of it. They know it\u2019s destructive. If I were you, Cheryl, join me in siding with the American people over George Soros.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes, I do. I worked with the Tea Party. And we already had coverage to children to 26 years of age, and we had coverage for the poor people in Arizona anyway.<\/p>\n

RUSH: That\u2019s right.<\/p>\n

CALLER: In every state, I believe.<\/p>\n

RUSH: It\u2019s called the emergency room.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, yeah, and Medicaid.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Right. It really is. Here\u2019s the thing. I\u2019m glad you called, Cheryl. And I say this with all humility. I will tell you when it\u2019s time to panic. If you tune in and I\u2019m not here for ten straight working days, then you can panic. And if you haven\u2019t heard anything about it, then it\u2019s time to panic, otherwise don\u2019t.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
