RUSH: Ladies and gentlemen, the race business is alive and well in the era of Obama — just as the president himself is keeping it alive with the radio interview to that Hispanic audience, telling them about immigration (summarized), ‘Hey, look, if you\u2019re not willing to go out there and punish our enemies, then don\u2019t expect me to move the agenda of amnesty forward for you. I mean, I can\u2019t do it alone. I\u2019m not just a king. You gotta go out there and help me punish my enemies.\u2019 <\/p>\n

<\/a>That\u2019s Obama keeping it alive. Yesterday afternoon on MSNBC Live, the hapless Contessa Brewer talked to the ‘Monochrome\u2019 Coalition president, the Reverend Jackson. She said, ‘Look, about the minority bloc,\u2019 ahem, ‘these were people who there were a lot of first-time voters out there, voted for Obama. They were motivated, they wanted to see that change in the White House. In this election — and again you\u2019re holding the rallies, but — you\u2019re looking at groups of people who could be the pivotal difference between Republicans having control in Congress and Democrats having control. What do you say to \u2019em?\u2019 Now, does anybody understand the question? I don\u2019t understand the question. I just read the question to you. I don\u2019t know what the question means. But Jesse Jackson answered it anyway. Here\u2019s what he said…<\/p>\n

JACKSON: There are more black voters than there are Tea Part\u2019ers. I mean, there\u2019s more coffee in the, uh — in the pot than there is, uh, tea in the cup. (snickers) And whenever those voters vote in big numbers in strategic states, they are the whoooole difference.<\/p>\n
