CALLER: Thank you so much, Rush.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You bet.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Congratulations on your wedding. This is my comment. It\u2019s been said that blacks can\u2019t be racist because they have no power. I say that, since we now have the first black president of the United States, the most powerful president, person in the world. We have Shirley, who\u2019s been over a white farmer\u2019s land, and she\u2019s had power over that land 20 some years ago. We have Oprah Winfrey and on and on and on, lots of power. I think we now have power and we can also be considered racists. That is my comment.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I can\u2019t disagree with you; you\u2019re black.<\/p>\n

CALLER: This is what I\u2019ve been looking at.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I think this is what\u2019s been going on, why there\u2019s been so much of a problem. A lot of blacks think they can\u2019t be racist, because we have no power. Well, now we have the power and apparently what comes with it is racism.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You\u2019re exactly right. That was a concoction of the Reverend Jackson to excuse the racism.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Exactly.<\/p>\n

RUSH: He knows full well there\u2019s black racism out there. This was just to prevent any criticism of it.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Exactly.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah, exactly right. You and I are on the same page.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, great! I\u2019m on the same page with Rush Limbaugh. Great.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thanks very much, Connie, appreciate it.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Okay.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I got another e-mail here during that call. I\u2019ll have three captains\u2019 resumes by five o\u2019clock this afternoon. Thank you. <\/p>\n

RUSH: West Hills, California, Priscilla, nice to have you on the program.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Oh, Rush, thank you so much. I can\u2019t tell you how much I appreciate you. I\u2019ve been listening to you since the nineties and when you were on TV. You make my day, and I just want to tell you that I\u2019m praying for you every day. It\u2019s like your mind, everything you say, I agree with 100%.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you very much. I appreciate that.<\/p>\n

CALLER: What you say is totally on point. I\u2019m a person of color.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh.<\/p>\n

CALLER: And I\u2019m offended by a lot of the things that\u2019s going on, and I want you to be my representative. You speak for me.<\/p>\n

RUSH: God bless you. Thank you so much.<\/p>\n

CALLER: As an American, I love this country, I love you, and I just wish you\u2019d go back on TV, but you, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, I don\u2019t know what I\u2019d do if it weren\u2019t for you guys. So just keep up the good work and know that this is one person of color that\u2019s behind you 100% and I pray for you every night like I do my family.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you very, very much.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Thank you so much. God bless you, and congratulations on your marriage. Congratulations on just being able to speak. You speak your mind, and I love that about you.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you very much. You\u2019ve made my day.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Okay.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Appreciate it. Now, why do you wish I was back on television?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Oh, because I love you. I mean back then it was in the nineties, \u201994, \u201993 whatever —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Right, a long, long, long, long time ago.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I\u2019ll tell you something, Sean Hannity, there are certain people that are telling the truth and there\u2019s a lot of people that need to know it. People of color just need to wake up and stop being, you know, carried by Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton and Maxine Waters and all those people. You know, there is no excuse for none of us. No excuse. We\u2019re all Americans. I don\u2019t have another country to go to. I was born and raised here. This is my country. And I love it. And I love the Tea Party. I love what you stand for, Sean Hannity, the morals and values and everything. I\u2019m so sick and tired of, you know, black persons saying that they speak for black people. They don\u2019t speak for me. You are my voice.<\/p>\n

RUSH: It is kind of insulting, isn\u2019t it, that all of you are monolithic, that you all think the same thing and there\u2019s only two people that can speak for you? Well, three: Obama, Jackson, and Sharpton.<\/p>\n

CALLER: That\u2019s offensive to me. And I agree with Connie. I mean I am so proud of what she had to say. I can\u2019t tell you how proud I am because there\u2019s no excuse anymore. Kobe, Shaq, Oprah, multimillionaires and billionaires, black people. So no white man is holding the black man down anymore. That is just not true. And no white person has to pay for what took place back during slavery time. You know, that happened, it\u2019s over with, it\u2019s done.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I\u2019ve tried explaining this to journalists and they just don\u2019t understand it.<\/p>\n

CALLER: No, they don\u2019t want to accept it.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You know, I\u2019ve had journalists say to me, ‘Can\u2019t you understand why black people don\u2019t like July 4th as a holiday? Can\u2019t you understand why black people still get mad on a day of American independence because it wasn\u2019t a day of independence for them? Can\u2019t you relate to why black people would still have a chip on their shoulder about the country?\u2019 And I say, ‘Not today.\u2019 We all have to get over it. You know, I wanted to buy a part of the St. Louis Rams, and I wasn\u2019t allowed to for what reason? Why? Because of what I think and because of quotes that were made up. Now, if anybody should be bitter about something, it ought to be me. I don\u2019t hate my country for what happened to me.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Right.<\/p>\n

RUSH: It happened. You deal with it. But, you know, this notion that there is a justifiable reason to institutionally hate the country for anybody born in it in the last 50 years, escapes me.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, Rush, let me tell you one more thing. I don\u2019t thank God for slavery, but I thank God that I was not born in Africa. I\u2019m not an African-American. I\u2019m offended by that also. I\u2019m an American. I\u2019ve never been to Africa, you know, so I thank him for us being here and having an opportunity in this country, and my forefathers were brought over here from Africa, wherever, and gave us an opportunity to be Americans and to be free. I wouldn\u2019t want to be in Africa as most of the country — you see how people, the shape that they\u2019re in. Thank God for America. And thank God for you. I wish that you were running. I wish that you were president.<\/p>\n

RUSH: So do I.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I really do.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You\u2019re very sweet. You\u2019re very kind. I cannot thank you enough from the bottom of my heart, I really do.<\/p>\n

CALLER: And you are right, there are racists, there are black racists, there are racists in all races, you know, I mean some people are prejudice, some are prejudiced against their own people for whatever reason, they\u2019re not, how do you say, Obama called them academia.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Academia, yeah.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah. <\/p>\n

RUSH: The elites.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah.<\/p>\n

RUSH: The ruling class, right.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Exactly. Exactly. Some of us have common sense, and a lot more of us need to listen to more people like you and Sean and really basically a lot of black people need to just go ahead and stop being sheep.<\/p>\n

RUSH: From your mouth to their ears. Anyway, Priscilla, thank you very much for the call. I really appreciate it.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Here\u2019s Deborah in Bloomfield, Michigan. I\u2019m glad you called. Welcome.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hi, Rush. Thanks for taking my call.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yes, ma\u2019am.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I have two quick comments. The first one to, I believe her name was Priscilla, God bless her.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Isn\u2019t that true?<\/p>\n

CALLER: The lady that spoke right before me, she represents a lot of my friends that are black, that feel very strongly that the way this country\u2019s going is very bad, and I think part of the problem is we don\u2019t have strong representation in the Republican Party that can counter like you do. I wish you were in the Republican Party, or I don\u2019t even care if it\u2019s Republican or independent. You know, I just want to see somebody that can take over and represent our country the way it should be and the way it has been in the past. And she is the epitome of many of my black friends, and what surprises me, they were liberal, you know, but now they\u2019re starting to open their ears and they\u2019re open to discussion, whereas my white liberal friends, you can\u2019t even talk to them.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, they\u2019re a lost cause. They\u2019re possessed with such guilt that you\u2019re never going to straighten —<\/p>\n

CALLER: They\u2019re wrong. I think they know they\u2019re wrong. You know? And so they can\u2019t admit that.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, then they\u2019re gutless.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah. They are. I believe so. And the black people are actually more open to discussion, you know? And that\u2019s why I say, bless Priscilla, I hope she spreads the word to just be open-minded. That\u2019s all I ask people because this is guaranteed —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, Deborah, there\u2019s something happening out there. There\u2019s an effervescence that is the Tea Party\u2019s tip of the iceberg, but it\u2019s happening out there. You just don\u2019t see it because the flacks for the ruling class in the Ministry of Lies don\u2019t deal with it and don\u2019t tell you what\u2019s going on.
